Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Description of Work: They washed all of our windows on the first and second floor and cleaned a chandelier. Prompt and profeesional, I'd used them again.

Description of Work: Washed the exterior of the windows. Called on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday. They were courteous, punctual and did a great job.

Description of Work: We hired them to clean our windows, inside and out. They did a wonderful job--showed up on time and they were very polite and efficient. They did a great job. I will be using them again for sure! I highly recommend their services!

Description of Work: I have a large, three story home with about 70 windows. We requested Bubbles to clean them as well as our gutters and set a window of time last Friday from 10 to 2. I was told the workers would call me when they left their last job so I would know when to expect them. As we all do, I sat here waiting for them and when 2:00 came around and didn't get a phone call, I called the office only to be told they would be here within the hour. Another hour? On a Friday evening? They arrived a little before 3 to start my large home. Needless to say, I was not happy to have been stuck at home for 5 hours waiting for them. As I suggested to them, any service organization would win many more customers if they would only improve their communication skills! I respect their jobs, but our time is valuable as well. A simple courtesy phone call to customers would go a long way when expected to sit for a 4 hour window! The two gentlemen who did the work did a GREAT job! However, while they worked as fast as they could, my husband and I had to change our plans for the evening because we couldn't leave our home when we needed to. I would give them an "A" for their work, but sadly had to fail them for their punctuality and responsiveness.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the gutters on my ranch and applied caulk to the seams that were leaking. No more leaks! In my discussion with the service man, I thought he was going to make a change to some downspouts but I guess I was wrong. It was probably a language problem. I would use them again. :)

Description of Work: We called to have the gutters cleaned on our 2 story home. When we set up the appointment and asked for a quote it was based on the service team using ladders to access the gutters and not climbing on the roof. The service people arrived and did not have ladders capable of reaching the second story and therefore did the cleaning by climbing on the roof. We discussed this with the service people promptly and were told this was their standard operating procedure. Calls to the company to complain and follow up survey never got a response

Description of Work: Bubbles cancelled my first appointment due to the rain. It stopped raining 30 minutes after they sent all the men home so I had to reschedule. One man cleaned my windows inside and outside. He did a good job. In my opinion they are a little pricy.
