I've never had a problem with them. They're always there within the hour that they tell me. I feel that the price is reasonable, and they do quality work. The only suggestion that I would recommend for them would to have some kind of advertisement on their van, or company t-shirts that have the company name on them, but that's about it!

I scheduled a spring window cleaning and arranged to be home for the afternoon. The company never showed up or called. It took another 48 hours before I was able to speak to a live person about the problem. The office manager I spoke with was very rude when I expressed my frustration and offered no apology, or discount for a future appointment. The following season I decided to give them another try based on feedback from others, thinking it was just bad luck the first time. This time, after clearly describing the scope of the job, one person instead of two arrived. The person that did come had only a medium sized ladder for a three-story home. My husband ended up borrowing our neighbor's large extension ladder and doing at least half the job himself. We would never hire them again! UPDATE: Since I have written this review, both the owner and office manager of Bubbles have contacted me. They were both very apologetic about my experience and in addition to assuring me that they have addressed the problems I had, I was offered a full refund for previous services.

I think it was very good. They were on time and they cleaned the windows inside and out to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after and the price was just great.

The crew was pleasant and washed the windows well. The screen washing was an extra charge. I thought they would have actually washed them with the soapy water but from what I could tell they only wiped the screens around the edges. I was expecting that the inner window sills would be wiped down as well but that would have been an extra charge.

Their price was a little high on the gutter cleaning, but I spoke with them and we were able to work something out. Everyone I spoke too were good, kind, professional from A to Z.

When they arrived I took them to each room to show them the windows. They assured me they would be doing both sides of the windows. They said they could do screens as well but I said I'd have them do the screens the next time I placed an order for the windows to be cleaned. I live in a large condo with a first and second floor. I have four large windows (about 4' x 4') one small window (about 2' x 18") and three patio doors.

Originally we were looking for some one to clean our windows. We found Bubbles Window Washing on one of those advertisement cards and decided to give them a call. It's been a pleasant surprise from the ease of scheduling and the quality/completeness of there work. Each time they have cleaned the windows the person doing the work has checked with us to see if there was anything else that needed to be done.

The representative arrived and was very professional and did a very good job. All the men were very polite.

Everything went really well. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they did a great job. They're very careful about their surroundings, and both times that we've used them we've been very pleased.

Well, They did a good job on the windows; there were a few dirt spots remaining but nothing major. I wish they had told me how bad (or not) the gutters were clogged. They up-sold me on a special window cleaner in order to get heavy dirt off, not sure if that was necessary or just more elbow grease from worker's arm. Overall, it was a good experience and will consider using them in the future.

The washers came to my door to introduce themselves. They confirmed the service that was needed and the price for the job. I had my outside windows cleaned and they even cleaned the track. I was pleased to open my windows later that afternoon to see nice clean windows and white trims. The two washers were very professional, friendly, and polite. When they were finished they came to the door to make sure I was happy. The windows look fabulous! The washers cared & the price was modest. Great Job.

I was very happy with them because they showed up on time and did a good job. They were very respectful when they were in my home and I couldn't be happier with the service that they provided for me. My windows look great.

I requested a window washer. Promised someone would come between 8:00 am & 12:00 noon. I called at 10:00 am and was told the schedule showed him arriving closer to 12:00 noon. Called at 3:00 pm and told the scheduler, that no one had shown up. She was surprised and said she would contact the washer. I told them "never mind." I had taken the day off work, so I was extremely frustrated.

He came promptly and it only took about 20 minutes. The price was okay. I called a few and the others and they were a little more.

I called on Friday to see if I could get my windows and gutters cleaned on Monday. They were able to accommodate me even with such short notice. Cleaned both inside and outside of all the windows in my home, along with the screens. In addition, they cleaned the gutters, identifying 3 clogged downspouts. Workers were professional and the job done was top notch.

I set up an appointment. time and they never showed up. hen I called they said the weather had been rainy and it was a crazy day. It did rain for a couple of hours that day. They apologized and rescheduled. The next appointment, Jose and his wife showed up during the time frame discussed. All windows and screens were cleaned as promised. The only comment was the window wells. They were supposed to remove all debris from wells and clean windows. The garbage was left outside the windows and there were still some cobwebs and sticks left in the wells. Otherwise the job was OK.

They have come out to my home two times and both times I have been very pleased. They were very punctual and did a follow up call, and they also gave me a coupon.
