Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The windows were very dirty because of some close by road construction. They just did a beautiful job. The tracks of the windows are clean. They have pads so they don't mess up the flooring. They are knowledgable. They explained the bill to me because windows are different in how they charge. I got a call back from Veronica and asked me how everything was. I asked a question about the bill and she went through it with me and now I understand. I will definitely use them next year and I also highly recommend them.

They were very neat, careful of landscaping, and responsive to questions and concerns. The crew of was efficient and thorough and took care not to damage any railings or painted surfaces.

After the service, a company representative contacted me regarding the issue below and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the follow-up by the company to discuss and address the issue. I originally scheduled the service for 5/20, from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. I received a call from the biz office indicating the guys would be late because their first job was taking longer. I followed up with the company several times over the next few hours to get an idea of the time they would be arriving, but never got a specific time. I was just told the job before mine was taking longer and they would arrive at my house later. Finally, in the late afternoon I received a call from the company saying that they would not be able to do the work at my house that day and I'd have to re-schedule. Of course I was very upset because I had my mother waiting all day for them to arrive. I re-scheduled for 5/27. They did arrive and perform the work on 5/27. Although the guys who performed the work did a good job and were pleasant, my experience of the 5/20 "no show" overshadowed the work performed.

I thought the service was average. They arrived late. The windows were washed well, but my screens now have a couple of holes in them that were not there before. They used the water hose in the front of the house, which was not unusual, but did not turn off the water or put the hose away when they were done. Annoying......I probably won't use them again. I hired them over my usual window washing service because it's so difficult to get a hold of them. But I think they do a better job.

Before moving into my new house, I needed the garage floor power-washed. Bubbles gave the lowest estimate out of the 4 companies & I called, and was able to come out within 2 days. The guys came on time & did a great job. The person I talked to on the phone even pointed me towards a $50 off coupon from their website, which I was not aware of previously.

The work went excellent. They came right away. The job was worth the money I paid them. I rate them high overall. I will use them in the future.

I e-mailed Bubbles on 5/6/2011 and within a few days was scheduled to have the work done on the 13th. I was called on the 12th to verify the date, but the crew was available that afternoon so we scheduled the work for the 12th. I was at work and received a phone call that they were on their way and met the crew at my home. We discussed what I wanted done and I left them to complete the work. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning my gutters, installing plastic gutter guards, and power washing and sealing my deck. I was not prepared for them to do the work on Wednesday, so they had to move all my summer furniture and grill off or away from the deck in order to complete the work. They left most of it on the lawn in order to let the deck dry, so I did call the next day and asked that they return to replace the furniture. I have back problems and can move things around on the deck, but lifting things back on to the deck is really difficult for me. Arrangements were made for them to return the next day and they came back and replaced everything. I was absolutely thrilled with the job the crew did. Bubbles responded immediately with a quote for the work to be done, scheduled the work within the next few days, and did a wonder ful job. They were very accommodating and I certainly look forward to having Bubbles do work for me again.

People from Bubbles Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning did a fine job. They had to come back again because they didn’t completely clean up after themselves. However, they came right out and redid it. That was good. I think there was a problem with our communication. They gave me a different price than what it ended up being. Their price was good but they probably should have explained more about how their pricing worked. The office was very responsive; however their workers could improve in that area. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

Oscar and his team did a fine job. There was a question about billing, but ultimately it was answered appropriately. I will use Bubbles again

I had Bubbles come to wash my windows. They came when they said, called ahead and did an excellent job. Super nice, job very well done, and very reasonable. I will definitely call them AGAIN and AGAIN

They called before they arrived to let me know they were on there way. Which was what I was told would happen when I called to make the appointment. When the window washer arrived he went over the details of what I would be charged for and how much for each service (french doors, sky lights, screens, etc.), which was the same amount that I was given in the estimate over the phone -- which is a good thing -- no bait and switch here! Very professional, clean, and efficient. I would recommend them to family and friends and I would use them again.

Poorly, overbooking by the vendor, poor communications between the company and employees over all very bad experience.

They were very responsive and timely. They came on time and did a good job. That was the second time I used them. They only installed the gutter before. I would use them again in the future too.

There was a discrepancy in the billing. I did not have a great experience with them. The online estimate was not what they charged me. My husband will follow up with them on that.

The two workers did a great job on both gutters and windows, and were done in an amazingly short amount of time. They were professional and courteous. The fee charged for both was economical. All in all, I'll use them again!

I contacted Bubbles to get my windows cleaned and gutters done. They had not been cleaned in years. I knew at least one downspout was clogged. The tech, Artemio, did a wonderful job and it was great to see the water flowing clear out of the downspouts. The windows were all on one story. He did a meticulous job on those and although I knew they were dirty, I didn't know HOW dirty until they were cleaned! He also did my front bay window which has a bunch of small squares. Since the bay window is old and needs relacement, there was one moment when he had to remove the front pane to get to the glass inside and it seemed the frame was a bit bent and the glass was loose. He managed to get the pane down and secure the frame to the glass on 3 sides, all without breaking the glass! I was impressed at how well he handled that situation. So, thank you Artemio and Bubbles Windows for taking care of some much needed work. I will use you again.

Went fantastic - single person was assigned for the job. He spent approx 6 hours cleaning 94 windows, including some which were three stories high, plus got on the roof to clean the skylights. Very courteous and professional from the get-go - we barely knew he was there as he went about his cleaning. The only reason I marked professionalism as a 'B' instead of 'A', is that I noticed near the end of the interior cleaning, the technician had not removed his shoes or worn shoe protectors, and some dirt was tracked on the tile and carpet, and I had to vacuum when he was done (have small children). I also should have caught this earlier, so not entirely his fault.

I called Bubbles and scheduled with this company (at phone number 815-260-8141) on November 18, 2010 to have the gutters cleaned at my home. Bubbles advertises being accredited on Angie's List. When the service had not been performed by December 1, 2010, I telephone the number and left a message on the machine. No one returned my call. On December 3, 2010, I left three messages on the answering machine requesting when I could expect the service to be performed and if they were NOT going to perform the service to please let me know. Finally, on Saturday, December 4th I received a telephone call from a representative of the company. She was very apologetic and explained that the weather had made it impossible to perform the service. I conceded that the weather had, indeed, been bad and she assured me that the company was still performing gutter cleaning and I would be put on a "priority" list and as soon as the snow and ice melted the gutters would be cleaned. Well, it was 39 degrees on 12/29, 48 degrees on 12/30 and 55 degrees on 12/31 . . . the ice and snow have disappeared and STILL my gutters have not been cleaned. I left another message today, January 5, 2011, at 815-260-8141, got the same message and still have not received a call back. Mid-February 2011 - just received a call from a representative asking if I was still interested in having Bubbles perform the service requested the end of November. Are you kidding? Hired someone who was interested in my business that came out on February 18th!

I was very disappointed with the service. I recommended them to two friends while they were doing the work because their price was very reasonable. The siding didn't look or feel clean after they were done, but to be fair it is twenty years old. However, my windows do not look clean either. I've had other companies clean my windows in the past, and I've always been satisfied with the results.

Overall excellent service. As promised.

Great work, Art the technician, while performing shorthanded for the day, did an excellent job with great attention to detail. Very positive individual, pleasant to have work in my home.

my house went well no problems, my sisters house was a little taller so they had to come back later with a bigger ladder, but not a problem job well done.
