Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Danny did a great job cleaning my windows, sliding patio doors and storm doors. He was very conscientious and pleasant. I would love to have him clean my windows in the future.

I had an appointment set up for October 13. They were supposed to arrive between 8am and 12pm. Yesterday they sent an email telling me they would arrive between 10am and 12pm. They did not show up by 12pm nor did they call. I called them around 1pm and they said they were running late due to a previous appointment that had more windows than they were expecting and that they could be at my place between 2:30 and 3:30pm. I told them to forget it. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me they were running late. HOW CAN THEY HAVE A HIGH RATING ON ANGIE'S LIST??!!??? This is NOT good customer service.

NO GOOD Workers could not do the job RITE because the office person gave them wrong info of what I wanted do.But it was not the workers fault.

Our first experience with Bubbles was a very good one. We will definitely work with them again for our exterior window cleaning.

Excellent! I called on a wednesday, got a fair quote, arranged for the services to be performed next day. Bubbles tech arrived the next morning. was professional, masked & very hardworking. Their worker showed up within the times given. He washed our windows inside and out, cleaned the sills and screens. He was respectful of our furnishings and window treatments as well as our plants and bushes. This is the third year I have hired Bubbles and will continue to rely on them in the future.

This is the 3rd time I've used Bubbles once for gutter cleaning and twice for power washing, I couldn't be happier. From the first call to schedule to the teams performing the work to the thank you email after completion this is a first class company. Don't be afraid to ask any question you may have they are happy to explain until you understand what'll be done. During this pandemic the workers wore their masks and stayed socially distant I was impressed.

It was great as usual! The workers are always professional, timely and their work is magnificent. I call on Bubbles several times a year because in addition to enjoying looking out windows so clean that it seems the glass isn't in them; but I'm grateful for how well they clean the screens of pollen that has accumulated.

They responded quickly the entire process. The price was fair and the tech who arrived was polite and informed me of the window count before he started, and did a great job. While he did not arrive in the original timeframe, they did text me with updates the entire time to let me know they would be late and when to expect them.
