Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The company called and said that some workers were in the area and they wanted to know if I wanted them to do it that morning, rather than a few days later, as scheduled. They said they could be there about 1/2 to one hour later. I agreed and they were there in 30 minutes. They did the cleaning in about 1/2 hour. The hoses were put back in place as they were and they used a pressurizing attachment to clean the deck, which is right next to the house, to remove the little bit of debris that had fallen over. Everything went wery well. Will use them again in the future.

The rep from Bubbles was very nice on the phone and the service was performed the same day within a couple hours of the call for service. I was surprised they came out as we were having a very rainy, windy morning. The gentlemen that performed the work did a great job and recommended a cleaner for some growth (moss or something) that was found on our roof. The whole cleaning (1st and 2nd story) took about a half hour and a trash bag of debris was left near my Garage. Overall, I would certainly have them out again as the need arises. Thanks Bubbles!

Technician arrived on time, did all work thoroughly and identified loose shingles. Was professional and curteous.

The phone estimate was reasonable and right on. The workers had to negotiate some bushes that made it difficult to place their ladders, but they managed very well. They did a very good job and were very pleasant and polite. The price was great. I will definitely hire them again and recommend this company highly.

Called and left message and they called me back promptly. Were able to give price over phone and scheduled the work for that day. Everything was done as promised. Left bag of the debris on the desk as they said they would. It cost exactly what I was told and no surprises. Gutters and clean and functioning properly.I got a call a few days later just to make sure I was satisfied and to ask how I wanted to be billed. I received the bill via email and it all went smoothly. I will use them again. Thought the price was very reasonable given we don't have to risk life & limb out on the roof to get at some difficult to reach places. Definitely a new and returning customer now!

company emailed me to confirm appt and when the service man was on his way they called me to let me know he was coming. The gentleman was very nice and polite.There was a screw in the bottom of the window that would not come out to get the storm off. He asked for some tools. We went thru some tools in my husbands work bench. He worked very hard to get the old rusty broken screw out. He took a very large storm window out himself and cleaned. I have not had the window look so wonderful and clean. Would use this company again and recommend it to anyone. Great job !!!

Apparently, the guy originally assigned to our job was sick.... so at first, I was waiting around until I called Bubbles to find out the situation. We were not off to a good start, since I wasn't happy about having to wait beyond the original window (and having to change my schedule around to accommodate the new timeslot, which was several hours later). However, once a different crew arrived, they did a good job! But what really impressed me was the fact that they brought a couple of things to my attention that I would not have otherwise known (ie: they were on my roof to wash a skylight, and they noticed that part of my NEW roof was peeling up! They took pictures and showed me. If they had not told me, I would have been completely unaware of the poor workmanship until it was too late --such as a leak or worse.) I am grateful that they went far above the call of duty to have a watchful eye for issues with my roof, even though they were actually only responsible for cleaning the skylights and taking a quick peek at the gutters. Great work, Elicio! Thanks to your keen eye, i'm having the roofing contractors come back and fix that roof installation! After the project was complete, Bubbles did a followup call to check on my level of satisfaction, which I appreciated. AND, they also sent me the name of a service provider (house painter) because it was discovered that our house would need much more than a power washing in order to be completely fresh...it needed a new paint job! Bad news for us, but at least Bubbles was kind enough to help out and suggest to us an appropriate service provider for painting. I'll look forward to using Elicio/Bubbles again in the future!

Excellent!!! This was our first use of Angie's List. We contacted a provider, Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning, yesterday. The phone was answered by a human, the need was described and scheduled for today. Today we received a phone call at the time promised saying that the tech was on the way. The tech and helper arrived within a half-hour, assessed the work to be preformed and immediately got to work. The entire job was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the work performed was excellent. The invoice was presented with no surprises. The tech and helper were courteous, efficient and friendly. Some of the work required the tech to be in our home. He did all of this work without any intrusion and did the work in a very orderly manner. All in all, this was a great experience and we will definitely use them again for this and other tasks.

Contacting Bubbles was easy, they were super responsive to my questions and offered me two coupons towards my services! They arrived on time and did the work satisfactorily, everything looks great! Even though our gutters are just a few years old we had some sort of a tall grass growing out of one of them! The windows are sparkling clean and shiny and I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Bubbles Window and Gutter Cleaning did a great job cleaning all of our windows and gutters. We bought a large, new house that had not been lived in for 2 1/2 years and the windows were very dirty and gutters packed with debris/leaves. We called Bubbles' office in the morning and they had a cleaning crew of three workers to our house that same afternoon! The crew we had from their Barrington office were fantastic (we live in Lake County)! Very, very hard working and great customer service. I will definitely use Bubbles again and I highly recommend them. I recently recommend Bubbles to a friend for window cleaning and she was equally happy with their service.

I have used them before and I am always impressed with their work. They are very responsive and I get a call back on Monday if I call them during the weekend. They do very good work and remove a lot of stuff from the gutters. They work in all kinds of weather. This last time it was raining and thunderstorms were in the area. I almost told them (Christian and his co-worker) not to work but they told me that this weather was not a problem for them. Impressive! On a previous occasion with a different crew, Marcio found out that an animal was trying to get into my attic by chewing on the sewer flashing. He even took a picture with his cell phone to show me the damage. I was very grateful for this information.

Responsive company. They came out the same day and unclogged two gutters. It was a blistering hot day and the work was done professionally, quickly and to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable. It is a tall house and none of my ladders, nor my neighbor's ladders reached the top gutter. I highly recommend this company. Plus, they just have a catchy name.

Let me begin by saying that the customer service here is very good, and they are certainly cognizant of Angie's list and their customers. Setup The appointment process went smooth and they could do the job within a week of my initial call. I setup the appointment for about a week out, and they called a few days early stating that they were in the neighborhood and had time to do it, and since it was just for external work that I wouldn't need to be there. Job Since I wasn't there, I can't be to specific about this. Though, it was evident that the gutters were clean and the job had been done. They leaf litter was left in a bag for me to take to the curb on garbage day. The one complaint I have, is not that they don't hall away the litter, but left all of it in one bag. Wet leaves are heavy and the bag weighed an easy forty pounds, which was also ripped before I picked it up. So I was left a wet mess that needed to be put into my bags. Customer Service No satisfied, I quickly called customer service to voice my problem. They were understanding and compensated me for my troubles. Overall, I would do business with them again as I was most impressed with their customer service. I would try to be there to watch the work though.

The two people that came were efficient and did a good job. The company should have asked for access to water before the crews arrived so I could set that up ahead of time (we have an unusual house and exterior faucet situation). We figured this out. They cleaned about 20 windows and were done in about 2 hours.

called at 10:30 a.m. Told the windows would be 160.00 for inside and outside of windows, 2.00 additional for tracking on windows There were 29 tracks in total. Told to expect them between 2 and 5 p.m. Workers arrived a little after 1 p.m. Two workers did outside of windows first then the inside. Then went back and did the tracks on the windows. They completed everything by 3:00 p.m. The windows and tracks were spotless. Very Happy Customer.

They were awesome! Prompt ! Came to the rescue as my gutter super clogged and the water was not running through. They made the appoitment for that morning and then cleaned a whole garbage bag full of mud from my gutters. I will definitely use them again next year!!

The window washer came on time and when the job was complete my windows were sparkling. The screens were very clean and the entire house seemed brighter. I barely knew he was in the house. We have a lot of windows, some with unique shapes and they all looked great. Even though we have had several days of heavy rain, the windows still look good and it has been more than one month. The window washer said people typically get their windows washed once or twice a year. We will consider doing it in the fall since we will have massive construction done in the next couple of months, but will definitely have them done in the spring to get rid of all the snow residue.
