Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The overall experience was great. The estimate was spot on and the workers were on time and very professional. The field supervisor came by to check on the workers and to see if I had any questions. After the work was complete, I received a follow-up e-mail to find out how things went. I would definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with Bubbles Window Cleaning! I called was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day. The service was great. One serviceman (Art) came and cleaned all windows inside & out. He also cleaned the tracks which were quite grimy. This costs extra ($2 per track) but is well worth it considering the amount of dirt that somehow manages to get caked on there over time. The service was very thorough and Art had me inspect his work before leaving. Afterwards, the windows looked like new! I definitely feel that I got my money's worth from this service. You really don't know how dirty your windows really are until they are cleaned!!

On 4-2-12, Bubbles Gutter Cleaning called around 3:15pm stating that they overbooked themselves for the time I wanted for them to clean the gutters on the house, which was between 1pm-4pm. Not a problem, it happens, and of how popular they are, I fully understand the situation. This morning, 4-3-12, they arrived a little after 11am to start cleaning the gutters. I was going someplace else, but my mother was home just in case they needed anything else. In thirty minutes, they left, gutters cleaned, and the bill was given to my mom for me to pay when I got home, since I e-mailed the company. The leaves were in a bag by the garbage bin, and I disposed of them properly. I wish I was here when they did the cleaning, but of all the reviews that are on here, I trusted them highly for what they did. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would hire them to anyone that wants & needs a gutter cleaning. The two employees were nice, courteous, kind, and caring. And that was within five minutes of the time I met them at the door, to the time I left. Great company, will hire again every year! Awesome company to deal with! Great employees!

It was very easy to schedule the work with Bubbles, and we didn't have to wait long to have a team out at our house. The day of the services, the team arrived about 15 minutes earlier than what was scheduled. Rather than walk around the house to check things out or knock on our door, they had the office call us to notify us the team was there and ask if it was okay that they started early. It was a really nice professional courtesy that we appreciated (especially b/c I was still in my pajamas). They worked very efficiently and did a great job. The deck looks wonderful and the windows have never looked so clean! They were even nice when my four year old insisted on showing one of the guys her princess dolls. Overall, they were great at their job, professional, priced competitively, friendly and easy to work with. I will be adding them to my list for annual spring cleaning!

The Company phoned to ask if they could come an hour early, which was great.? They sent two men, who were professional and did?a good job.? I was even called a few days later and asked if I was satisfied with their work.? I would definitely use them again.

Two gentlemen arrive during the indicated window time and set to work immediately on the windows. I had both the inside and the outside windows cleaned and while they were inside the house they were very careful about not disturbing my items too much... only moving furniture around to get their ladders set up for the upper windows ( I have a two story house with two walls made up of mostly windows.) They then went to the outside and finished the whole job in a just a couple of hours and the windows look as good as new. The only "complaint" I had is that they left both our gates open to the backyard and we have a dog and a pond in back... the dog could have gotten out and we could have had a child enter the backyard and fall into the pond. Extreme scenarios but still possible in our neighborhood. The actual job they did though was excellent as the windows look great!!

They came out to clean my gutters. The original appointment date needed to be postponed. They sent someone over when I wasn't home and left a bill. I called them and said that I wished I had been home to verify that they actually did the work. The owner came out the next day to meet me and reinspect the gutters on the home and the garage to assure me that the job had been done correctly. I was impressed with this and I use them exclusively.

I called, received estimate, made appointment. Company called to see if they could earlier. The came and did a quick very professional job of cleaning my gutters. They cleaned up the mess and placed all debry in bags at my curb for pick-up on trash day which was the next day. I will definitely use them again.

They came within a week and arrived on schedule. The spray dislodged one piece of vinyl siding, but they promptly replaced it. They worked efficiently and were pleasant to deal with. Very satisfactory/

I didn't know the windows could get that clean! Within 30 minutes, I found Bubbles on Angie's List, linked to their website, submitted my request, got a call from one of their sales associates, received a quote and booked the service for the very next day. Within the timeframe provided by the sales associate, "Art" arrived on site and started working. It took him darn near 4 hours, but he completed everything including the gutters. All that was left of Art were four bags of trash and leaves, neatly lined up on the side of the garage. Well done Bubbles! Well done Angie's List!

I called in to schedule a rather late pre snow gutter cleaning work on a day when the weather was in the good 40s. I was pleasantly suprised to get a same day service as requested. He cleaned the gutters out and mid way I decided to ask the guy if he would help with putting up the foam gutter guards from Costo. He agreed and did two side on the front of the house. I thought I might generously tip him $20 assuming he would it for free, but he ended up charging $35 and I ended up witholding the tip. If he had told me upfront about the charge it would have saved me a little surprise. But then I did not ask him up front either so I cannot honestly slight him for that. The B for quality because I ended with debris on my concrete patio below where he cleaned the gutters. Nitpicking apart, Great work..Bubbles. This is the second time I have hired you guys. Keep up the excellent work. Update: I changed the quality from B to N/A. Bubbles did call me back after I left them a B for quality and asked if they could come in to fix the little mess left behind. Unfortunately, it had already snowed heavily by the time they called so there was no point asking them to come in for a clean up. At the least, they do value customer opinions and seem conscientious.

It was the second time I had them. I had them in the spring. It was also because I found them on Angie's List. They were very prompt. I didn't have to call a long time in advance and they came. They did a quick job. It looks good. Their price was very good as well. I will use them again in the future.

I contacted Bubbles on November 19th to arrange a gutter cleaning. The earliest appointment they could give me was December 8th. I scheduled the appointment and got an email confirmation. On December 8th they did not show up and did not call. When I called to find out where they were I was told they were backed up and would be here early this week. I was told they would call me to let me know when they were coming. It's now Tuesday afternoon the week after they were supposed to be here and I have not heard anything. I really wanted this done before everything freezes again, so I called someone else who showed up within an hour of my call. The price is a little higher than what Bubbles quoted me, but at least they showed up! It seems Bubbles is taking on more business than they can handle. If they had just called to tell me they were behind schedule and let me know when they were actually coming I would have understood. It's too bad because we have a large house with a lot of windows, and if they did a good job on the gutters I was planning on using them for window washing in the spring. They have lost out on any future business from me.

Everything was smooth. This being a fairly "simple" job, I would rate the experience on the process: estimate, order confirmation, cleaning, professionalism, payment, etc. On all counts, Bubbles did a very good job. The gentleman who came out was efficient and did his job well. 3 spouts were clogged and he removed the debris and dirt. All the debris was placed in a garbage bag, which I disposed off later. Overall, a smooth, easy transaction - just the way I wanted.

Overall, good experience. Everything happened as promised. That is always a good sign! I called, they quoted on the phone, we scheduled the work. A few days later, they showed up on time, did the work and all was good. I, like most Angie's List users, are pretty pick about this kind of stuff. Everything went as planned and I expect to call them back for some projects in the spring!

The window washing was great! The gentleman who cleaned was on time, thorough, and was very quiet. Did a great job. Next time I need my windows cleaned, I'll be giving Bubbles a call. Thanks for everythng!

Bubbles sent a confirmation e-mail of the scheduled service as soon as I scheduled it. They called that morning to confirm that the technicians would be here shortly, and they were. The technicians were very polite, conscientious and thorough. There was one minor miscommunication (? language barrier) re: two small windows that I wanted to add to have cleaned and they did not do the correct windows. When I pointed it out, however, they acted quickly to clean those windows, even though they had already put their materials away. They couldn't have been nicer. We'd have them back any day.
