+ 0 moreThe tech arrived in the time frame that I was given. He asked me to show him the location of all the windows. We walked through and then he started removing the screens right away.He took them outside, cleaned them with brush and soap and water. Then he started on the windows. He was done in about 2 hours and I hardly knew he was here. The windows sparkle and my screens are free of pollen and webs. I would use Bubbles in the future for this service.
Description of Work: Windows were cleaned on the outside only and all screens were removed, cleaned and replaced.

+ 1 moreThe crew arrived about 40 minutes after the promised window of time, but I had received a call within the 2-hour window letting me know they were running late. Mark, Andrew and Bob were very polite and professional and went right to work when they arrived. Mark did a nice job of power washing the decking and cleaned off rails, walls and screens so the entire area looked fresh. They moved the furniture and returned everything practically to the exact same location. Mark even watered the hanging flower pots. The only negative is that some of the windows are very streaky and messy looking. I didn't notice this until today when the sunlight was shining from a different direction than it was when they left. Unfortunately, the messy windows are those in the kitchen and laundry room - where I spend a great deal of time.
Description of Work: Exterior windows cleaned. Deck inside screened area, open deck and stairs power washed.

+ -1 moreI don't wish to spend another morning of my life waiting for a service call. So I won't use this company again. I had to leave before they came -- they hadn't showed up two hours after the window they initially gave me.
Description of Work: We had an appointment between 8am and noon. I called in the morning to get an approximate time, and was told we were second in line, and the team was currently working at their first job in Chicago. Nobody showed up before noon, nor was I called. I called about 12:15, and was told that I would get a call back after dispatching was contacted. Nothing. About 1:15, I called back and was told the team was still at the previous job. I got another call around 1:30 indicating that they were just picking up. Since I had plans for the afternoon, I cancelled just before 2 pm. I had never used this company before -- this is how they treat new customers. I had to call three or four times just to get any information, and then the information was not accurate. As to price, they give a low initial price, but then charge for additional services. So I never really had a final price, as I didn't know for sure what additional features I had. Bad news overall.

+ -1 moreWe have a 2 story house (too high for me!) and we needed the work done in a week. They were able to come 4 days later. Everything was left neat and clean, and all the debris was bagged up in trash bags and placed next to our back deck.

+ -1 moreone person arrived early... around 8:30. I was surprised there was only one person. we have a lot of windows. But I must say, although it took him around 7 hours, he did a good job. We were home all day doing other work so it was no problem with him there. The windows sparkle! Everything looks so much better....

+ 0 moreI had called for an estimate and appointment and was impressed withthe initial contact. I was disappointed by the availability, but took an appointment for the following week. I did have to move the appointmnet from Monday May 21 to Friday May 25 and called to do so. Onthe Friday of the appointment, we waited and waited and waited... Our service window was between 1 and 4 pm. At 4:05 i called the office. They put me on hold and then offered to call back. The return message was that the technician was way behind and would not be able to make the appointment. I am sorry, but if it is already AFTER the appointment and the customer is calling the office there is ohbviuosly a lack of coordiation. I should have been called to be informed of the delay. I will not be using Bubbles going forward.

On the job day, they were on time, did a great job, worked very hard and charged my exactly what they said they were going to charge. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I had to reschedule my original appointment and they made it quick and easy, as was the payment process. I was also impressed that they called a few days later to be sure I was happy with the service. Very pleasant and friendly female customer service rep. Very happy overall with the company and will definitely use them again.

I assume they did a good job; there was a big bag of debris. There wasn't any mess left behind. I really liked the fact that I didn't have to be home for them to do it. They left the invoice in the door for me to pay by credit card or check.

+ 0 moreI was happy with the service performed last time I used this company so I called them again. I couldn't be happier with the company. They showed up on time and did a great job. Unfortunately, while they were opening a window, it cracked. They quickly brought it to my attention. They were not rough with the windows, so I did not have a concern that their behavior would have caused this. It was just an unfortunate accident. They called the office and gave me instructions on having the window repaired. I got it taken care of and just received the reimbursement check. It is nice to know that if something goes wrong, they will take care of it. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I have used Bubbles before for window washing. This time they power washed the house and then did the windows.

+ 1 moreWe just bought our house and the gutters were full and the window wells were in disparate need of TLC. The Bubbles guys quickly took care of both. They even took an old antenna down for me. In Park Ridge you can not put yard waste in plastic bags so they were great at using the paper bags which I had. I will be calling them again! The price is right too!

They also pointed out some areas of the windows that they couldn't clean that was most likely do to "over spray" from a recent brick sealing that we completed. I was able to call the brick sealing company to point out this issue and they have agreed to come back to professionally remove that "over spray". i had been frustrated with not being able to remove this "dirt" for a while and it was only the people at Bubbles that informed me of the issue. Now I can truly have clean windows!
Description of Work: I used Bubbles to wash all of my exterior windows and one interior two story window.
