Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Fabulous. Will have them back again.

Very happy with the results. The windows were quite dirty from work that was done both inside (install wood floors) to outside (install vinyl siding). Now I look out the windows and it's as if they don't exist because of how clean Bubbles got them. Technician worked a while on one of the windows because of its location and the amount of water and dirt that accumulates on it. The administrative people were great with scheduling and billing.

Technician arrived on time, was courteous, answered all the questions i had. The side of the house had a lot of algae spots and looked great after he power washed.

They notified me when he was coming. When he arrived, he knocked on the door and introduced himself. Cleaned all the gutters and downspouts. Was very friendly and professional. The company called a few days later to confirm that we were pleased with the aervice.

They were great. They were on time and very friendly. They washed 17 windows for me. I would highly recommend. They were very professional.

It went well! It was one guy and he was extremeley efficient and great. He paid attention to details and the windows looked wonderful when he was finished.,

I prefer to stay home as I want the screens unlocked from the inside of the house and as they finish each room, I then lock them back into place

I called to schedule this appointment and they were accommodating with date and time. The workers showed up promptly and are very courteous. They worked efficiently and were in and out with very little disruption.

Very well. Gutters are now all clear and water is flowing through the downspout instead of over the sides of the gutter. Only took about 45 minutes. I have used them several times and they are always on time and do a good job

Very well! Bubbles sent out two technicians who did an excellent job! One shady side of our house had algae growing on it and these men were able to remove the algae and my home looks pristine! The deck already had some mildew or something dark growing on it on the shady sections and became slippery when wet. The deck turned out very well and they even power washed my 4 deck chairs.

First, Bubbles is very responsive and gets the services scheduled right away. Miguel did out gutters and did a FANTASTIC job. I would use him again. This is honestly the best job anyone has done with our gutters! We also had out windows washed last week. Again, Bubbles got us scheduled in a day and then rescheduled within a day due to bad weather. Good communication between Bubbles and us during bad weather. Again, a very professional job. I am sorry that I did not get the name of the man who did the windows. He took the time to speak with my husband about spots that he could not remove. Both men were professional and very polite. We love Bubbles.

The representative never showed up. Called Bubbles and they could not get a hold of him either. No-call. No-show.

All services were performed excellently. As this was the first time I have had Windows cleaned since moving into this house, I wasn't familiar with removing the screens. One of the men showed me how and said if I had trouble, they could help. I did have trouble with three screens - two were too high for me to reach and one was stuck. I thought we could just skip those, but when the work outside was finished, Martin came to the door to tell me there were three screens that blocked them from washing those windows. He then removed them for me, washed the Windows and replaced the screens. He also pointed out a few small specks that they could not clean explaining the specks were inside the panes of glass and couldn't therefore be cleaned. Both men were very courteous, worked hard and did a fine job.

Technician was on time and easy to work with. Very professional and thorough. Took pride & care in his work.

I was referred to Bubbles after the first gutter cleaning company I called came out and told me the mesh in the gutters was falling apart and needed to be removed in its entirety in order for gutters to be cleaned (they did not perform that type of work). When I called Bubbles I explained all of this to them, the woman on the phone stated that for $190 they would remove the mesh and clean out the gutters/spouts. We set an appointment for the following day (8/18/16) between 1 and 5. Adriana from Bubbles called me the following morning (8/18) and asked if they could come between 10 and 10:30 instead, and I agreed (I let my neighbor know who was keeping an eye out for them). They showed at about noon. When I got home that evening I looked at the gutters outside my second floor deck and they still had the mesh and were dirty (they left a bill in my mailbox for $190 for gutter cleaning). I contacted Bubbles and twas told that all the gutters had been cleaned but they would send a tech out the following day to take pictures for me to confirm the work had been completed. The tech came out, climbed up the ladder, took pics and confirmed THE GUTTERS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED but the downspouts had been (he did not look at all of the downspouts so not sure how he knew they all had been cleaned). He then said that Bubbles needed permission from our neighbors to place their ladder on the north side of the property in order to clean the gutters on that side (but offered no explanation as to why the gutters had not been cleaned on the remaining 3 sides of my building). He said I would need to pay them an additional $80 if I wanted the mesh removed from the gutters in order for the gutters to be cleaned. Does this make sense? I was being charged $190 for Bubbles having cleaned downspouts? I called the company and told them I was not going to pay the $190 bill they left in my mailbox. If I had not called to ask why the gutters outside of my deck were still dirty I would not have known they had not performed any of the work I had requested. This is deceitful. Beware of this company and if you opt to hire them make sure you are home to ensure they actually perform the work!!

I called Bubbles as a result of an internet search. They were able to send a tech out the very same day and clean my gutters. They called to confirm the appointment and then called a second time when the tech was about 30 minutes away. He arrived as scheduled and did a great job of cleaning, taking extra care in an area where I pointed out as being a problem. He even cleaned out the buried drain from the downspout to be certain it was clear. I'll call Bubbles again and continue to use their services. the technician arrived on time and took note of my gardens. As much Care was taken as possible to avoid destruction of flowers/plants during the cleaning of the windows and gutters. Marco, the technician, was by far the most professional, competent, conscientious window/gutter person I have ever had. I was very satisfied and pleased with Bubbles and would recommend them to friends and family.
