They came right away. They took care of the trash and did a really nice job. Before they did this the water would come down the roof and the gutters would clog, some of the water would overflow over the gutter. I thought they did a great job.

Removed all leaves, bagged them. Took before and after photos of gutters. Very thorough, worked **** ** a cold icy day. This company is easy to deal with. I am pleased.

Great, arrived on time and sent me photos that documented the before and after condition of the gutters. I really liked this, since otherwise, how is one to know they were properly cleaned?

The crew never showed up. Phone calls inquiring about the no show were not returned. 'Update: The company had an incorrect phone number and I did not look through the email they had sent on holding-off all appointments due to pending forecast/weather. They called me back on the next business day and clarified the miscommunication'

The quality of their window cleaning was pretty poor, leaving streaking and dirt everywhere.

Bubbles responded to my request quickly (same day) and were able to schedule that week. Tech arrived on time, explained what was to be done, verified the pricing, and proceeded to perform the work immediately. He hustled during the entire time and, when he found a major obstruction in the gutter, he disassembled the downspout to insure the blocked was entirely cleared and didn't get flushed into the drainage tubing underground. Very happy with the timeliness, professionalism, and work.

He arrived on time and cleaned and hosed down the gutters thoroughly. I would definitely call the company back, if needed.

Would use again. Would recommend to a friend. It Went very, very well. Technician looked at the leaking gutter, explained in plain English what he was going to do (insert a piece inside of gutter so no worry of color mismatch (gutter is a shade of brown). For clogged gutter, got up, unclogged elbow and washed out gutter.

It started with a bit of a hiccup since we couldn't get it properly scheduled and then they didn't show up, but they offered me a $25 discount because of the mix up. Then when they did show up they did a very good job. 2 days later after all of the rain, I saw an area where it looked like it was totally missed. I called to see if the could immediately stop by to address the area. The technician showed up the very next day and explained that it was a stain that needed to be ground out, and the pressure wash wouldn't do anything, but he would pressure wash it again, which he did. The service was a decent value and their response to my concern was excellent.

This company was fair. I had some problems in the beginning with what they quoted me and what they actually billed us for but after calling them our building received money back. I would use them again. They came out quickly to give us a quoted and then did a very good job cleaning the gutters.

I had an appointment between 1 and 5. I received a call from them in the morning that due to the rain they were running late and asking if I wanted to reschedule. I explained that I really needed the service done that day and they said someone would be at my house at 1. Around 1 they called and said someone will be at my house at 3. When no one showed up I tried calling but the office had already closed. By 5:15 no one showed up. They are very unprofessional, unreliable and non-responsive.

I am very pleased with the work done! The team came promptly at 8 am, they were friendly, and professional. The work was completed in an hour. The house is clean and sparkling! They even removed a large bird nest they found in a gutter that would cause problems.

I called Bubbles on Friday afternoon to get a quote on gutter cleaning, price seemed ok so I asked to schedule a time. Carolyn was very nice and asked what would work best for me, I told her I'd like to be present since it was the first time I was using them. She was able to schedule me for the following day, Saturday morning! I was impressed at how easy it was to get something scheduled for Saturday morning on a Friday afternoon. I was given the 8am - 12pm time window and they arrived at 9am. No one called 30 minutes in advance as they said they would but that's not a terribly big deal. They did a great job but there was a miscommunication about them removing the gutter guards which they said they didn't know about even though I had asked for that service. They had already packed up to leave but without complaining they got their ladders back out and removed all the guards. Overall they provided great service and I would definitely use them again.

Our service was outstanding! I give this this company, and especially the technician, two thumbs up! Our technician was very friendly and walked around the house with me, at my request, to go over some details of the job. He was happy to accommodate all of my needs. The cleaning was SUPERB! All of the windows were thoroughly cleaned, and cob webs/spider webs (including some big spiders) were washed away. But, what really put Bubbles technician far and above any window washer I've had before, is his window well cleaning. They were filthy, and the covers were locked down. He cleaned the covers and wells to perfection. They haven't been that clean since we moved in to the house. Did I mention it was over 90 degrees that day? Booking the appointment was easy and efficient. The receptionist had my information from a previous service, so I didn't have to go around and count my windows for the estimate. She also knew that our windows had grills (again, because my file noted all of the info). She was friendly on the phone, had a "can-do" attitude and followed up within 2 days to see how I liked the service. Once the cleaning was complete, the technician asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and thanked me! All thanks belonged to him that day. I HIGHLY recommend Bubbles to anyone in the area that's looking for a quality window cleaning service!

Excellent. I was able to get a same day appointment, they arrived on time and notified me of their arrival. The only negative was the initial price quote was changed. I explained to them that my home was rather large on the initial call, they gave me one price then called back and told me my home was large and that the price has increased x3. Stating that it would be an all day job, they were here 2 hours. I would like to point out that they did notify me of the price change prior to coming out, so I did have a choice. That was, however, a disappointment especially since the job didn't take nearly as long, but overall good service; just pricier than I'd like.

Excellent job! I asked if they could clean a mirror in my 2 story foyer and he did with a smile !! They also always do my small garage door windows !
