Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Bubbles' scheduling was easy, workers were efficient, quick and courteous for the windows and gutters we had cleaned.

Awesome job. Had to reschedule to inclement weather. Excellent follow-up and job performed as promptly as possible. I did not have to remind company of services that were due. Will use them again in the future.

Paid almost $500 and the house looks worse. They had to come back 3 times.

It went very smoothly. My windows were extremely dirty, I don't think the previous owner eer had them cleaned. Now they are sparkly clean!

On time (at the time we requested), professional service by technician and office. Would like to see the prices a little lower, but they do quality work.

The 2 technicians arrived at the designated time after I received a phone call from dispatch. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. Windows look great!

The gentleman who came out and performed the cleaning and repair was thorough, helpful and explained everything. Since then the problems we once had are gone!

Horrible! I will never use this company again... Never mind their employee could not access our gated community ~ very simple code ~ and in 4 yrs living here, he is the only one who couldn't get it to work! The employee left his vehicle running on our driveway the entire 15 minutes or less ~ while he cleaned my two-story house's gutters. He did not have a garbage bag ~ he used a plastic grocery type bag for the debris and left it for my garbage. FInally, he did NOT use any water to flush the gutters. All this cost me $165.00 ~ would have been $175.00 but WOW! bubbles had a $10.00 coupon! I will never use this company again! Very unprofessional and too expensive for the lack of work!

Scheduling was pleasant and the folks on the phone/email confirmations were very helpful, but when the time came for service they did not show. They said they would call upon arrival but no calls were ever received and no one tried to knock on the door. When I called to ask what happened they explained that someone came by, looked at the front of the house, decided it was too close to the house next door to do the work, "tried" to call, and left for another job. I've had my gutters cleaned before and they were always able to maneuver in between my house and my neighbor's. And no one even tried to knock. Unfortunately I'll be using other providers moving forward.

The guy was really nice. I wanted some gutters installed and he was going to have someone from the company call me back and that never happened. The worker was Fernando.

Windows were just ok. I have exterior storms and those were not lifted to clean the windows which I forgot to do but no one mentioned it so only the storm windows were cleaned.

End quality was good. Significant issues with scheduling. Received reminders of scheduled time throughout the day. Original appointment was 8 am window. Did not show until late afternoon and did not call to let us know they were late. Wife had to call to get update on timing. Which went from late by an hour or 2 to being six hours late.

Great communication and very good work! Highly recommend.

They arrived close to the time frame quoted. The 2 man crew worked quickly and I was satisfied with the work. The windows and screens had not been cleaned on the outside for over 30+ years.

These guys are not the cheapest, but they seem to have done a very good job. I have had almost continuous trouble with downspout clogging, and these guys did a more thorough job than any previous service.

It took about 2.5 hours to complete. The vinyl siding looks much better after it was cleaned via power washing.

No estimate was given over phone and when the technician was at the house, I thought the charge on the scheduled price sheet for the whole house was more than I was planning on paying. Since the upper front was especially in need of cleaning, we negotiated for washing the 2-story front and side wall of the attached garage only.

I scheduled window cleaning and house power washing last week. They responded very promptly. Scheduled for Thursday April 27th between 11-3. By 1, was wondering where they were at, and wrote via Angie's list. Received a reply back, again promptly, that it would be closer to 2:30. Then I received a phone call that it would be between 3-4. Granted, it was cold, but not raining. I get there are delays. I left for the evening, as they said I didn't have to be home. When I got back at 9, windows were still dirty. No call, no show. Waited until this afternoon to just cancel, with the small chance they would arrive. No call;no show, so I cancelled.

We weren't home, but they did show up on the day they were supposed to.

It was good. They were quick. I would recommend to to someone else for sure.

Perfect. Service tech was a perfectionist and did a great job.

Originally scheduled for November, it had to be rescheduled because of bad weather. After that it went smoothly. Worker arrived a little ahead of schedule and worked for about five hours to get everything done. Looks good and the windows sparkle.
