Great job-careful, efficient and really know what they are doing. Arrived on time. Have used Bubbles for last couple of years and will definitely do so again.

Ok. Guy that showed up cleaned out roof valleys. I assume he checked the gutters, but no debrief after he was done to be sure. Couldn’t find the skylights and once he did .... didn’t have the right “ladder” to clean. I don’t think he wanted to clean.

Was able to schedule them within 2 days of contacting them. They did a fantastic job cleaning windows as well as skylights. As we have grills on our windows, they handled this great in removing them and putting them back. Would definitely recommend them.

The men were on time and did a great job on cleaning and telling me what they were doing and why we had problems with the gutters and window wells. This is a new house for us and had been neglected by the prior owners. Great job helping us get this house back to order.

They were available fast, arrived on time, did a great job, working quietly and focused. They finished faster than I expected with sparkling clean results!

They did a very thorough job. Our bay windows have small panes with borders making them up, so there was some discrepancy of how they would be counted. However, when I called to discuss this prior to work being done, they discounted the cost $10 to make it right. Just be sure to know how they count windows, but it was handled properly, letting me know before the work was done. Overall, they did a great job, I think the price was fair, and I would hire them again.

Bubbles Window Washing was very responsive, professional, and courteous. They accommodated our changing schedule/needs without issue. The service was performed nicely, windows were very clean and streak free. The cost was higher than average (the next closest bid we received was about half the cost) but overall it was a positive experience.

Francisco and helper efficiently accessed all the gutters on our 2 story home and our garage and cleaned them out. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They adhered to their original estimate despite the fact that due to our high ceilings, our home would be considered 2.5 story. Next time they would have to charge $60 more than this time.

They did some leave gutter mess on my porch and sidewalk. Not a lot but enough to be irritating. I used an Angie's List coupon for $175.00.

As part of the quote, before and after pictures were suppose to be given. I never received the pictures after multiple attempts of asking for them. I was given a $20 discount for them not providing the after picutures. However, why include a service in the quote and not provide it? I can get a ladder and check to see IF the work was done and cleaned properly, however, why pay $140 if I have to get on a ladder and check myself?

A few years ago they sent someone who was excellent. He washed both inside and outside windows. The price was reasonable, and he took his time to make sure everything was spotless. Two years ago I called them again. They sent two people who were just average. They didn't seem as concerned with the quality of their work and the price seemed high for only the outside Windows. When I called the company regarding this and asking about the more reasonable price for both inside and out the first time I used them, they said you get a deal when you ask for both sides to be done at the time of the initial order. I told them they should have stated this at the beginning.

Horrible. Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning is not reputable. Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning lied to me. They said the technician would wash out the gutters with water. He came with a leaf blower. He blew all the crap from the gutter all over our newly stained deck in back. NEVER HITE BUBBLES WINDOW WASHING & GUTTER CLEANING. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

it went perfect. Who would think you'd get excited over hiring someone to clean the gutters, but with Bubbles you will. First, they were so responsive. I contacted them thru Angies List and directly thru their website. This was on a Sunday, so I didn't expect a response until the work week started again, but within a couple of hours I received a message and was already scheduled to have the work done. I was also contacted directly from their office first thing Monday morning. They were very clear about pricing and when the work would be done. They also answered any questions I had. They were scheduled to be here tomorrow, but they called this afternoon saying they had someone in the area and could they send them over, so I said yes. They were here about 10 minutes later. The guy who came to do the work was very pleasant, helpful and professional. He did a great job. I am so very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend them. I now have a company to be my go-to gutter cleaning company, which is nice because we live in a wooded area that requires us to have them cleaned twice a year. Thanks so very much.

It's been good. I've got them scheduled to come next week to do my windows and gutters. They are responsive and their lead time isn't very long.

Called beforehand to discuss what was needed as well as schedule the preferred time. On the day that was scheduled they called to confirm the time. Work was done very quickly and adequately. Would definitely use again.

They showed up, did the work, and left. Excellent job, and they were very quiet. My windows, screens and tracks were all way overdue for cleaning and they did a terrific job. I would hire them again.

I have used them in the past and they were ok. My complaints are about their lack of professionalism. They inundate my home phone with robocalls to schedule their services. The messages drive me nuts! But when I tried to schedule a date with them ... I called 3x and also emailed them ... I never heard back. The lack of follow-through is ridiculous! (However, I have no doubt the robocalls will continue, despite my request to take me off their list.)

I felt that they did an excellent job. They were on-time, didn't mess around and cleaned up after themselves. I do need to emphasize that they kept bugging me about paying them which might be something from their past experiences with other customers but rating them in terms of work, I would give them an A! They gave impeccable service and I'm considering using them to install gutter guards and possibly do more work!

Great team came out to wash windows. Inside and out; storm windows and regular windows. Cleaned screens and window sills. Efficient, pleasant, excellent job. Honestly thought they had left windows open they were so clear.

Made appointment for a day that I had off from work, this Thursday Oct 12 between 11am and 3pm. At approximately 2:15pm, there was no sign of the 2-man crew that was scheduled to be at my house, no call from Bubbles. I called Bubbles, was told simply that the crew wouldn't be able to get to my house that day, their previous job was taking longer than expected. When were they going to call me with this news? Why did I have to call Bubbles? Why was some other crew not arranged to come to my house that day? Was told - good news, they can come to your house 8am tomorrow, first appointment of the day. Lucky I could take another day off from work to be home on Friday. There seemed to be some sort of assumption on the part of Bubbles that if their crews can't get there on time today, they will simply come the next day - many people have full-time jobs and can't simply take days off at the drop of a hat. The job done was at a competitive price, workers were professional. However, the scheduling/ re-scheduling issue was a problem for me. They do good work, but the sudden change of schedule and no call to me to tell me this was an issue
