Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

I would highly recommend Bubbles for window cleaning. From calling to make the appointment to meeting confirmation to the service itself and payment options, Bubbles was timely responsive courteous and did a great job cleaning.

They did a great job! We have a 3 level house. The siding is 23 years old and had never been cleaned. They did a great job. Windows look great as well. They were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again next year!

I used bubbles for some window cleaning a few months back. I decided to pay a premium price for what I expected was premium service. They showed up at the wrong time and after some back and forth Bubbles made me whole by sending them a second time to fix what was wrong. Ok no biggie, things happen, i'm sure it's just a one time thing. Now I have some gutters that need to be cleaned. Figured I already had a contact at the company so reached out and got an appointment. So my appointment is at 8 A.M. - 10 A.M. on a Thursday. I called Wednesday night explaining that since I don't live at this house I was wondering if they could check and see if they would get a tighter window and was told I would be the first appointment at 8 A.M. I call on Thursday morning at 7:30 A.M. and speak to a dispatcher who confirms I am the first stop. After arriving at my house I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally at 9:30, nearing the end of the window I call for the third time in 16 hours time. The reply? "Is it ok if they show up by noon?". NO! When I have taken a morning off of work and comutted across the city to be somewhere just to have people neglect any semblance of courtesy after being called multiple times to confirm? NO! Is there a reason I am paying a premium price just to get no-showed? If your time is literally worth nothing and you live for a life of hassle and being jerked around (and paying a premium price for this) then this place is perfect for your needs. Sorry to burst your bubble, but bubbles might as well be a random handyman off of craiglist for service like this.

He did a very good job and was right on time as promised.

It was not a friendly service. They charge for each floor separately and charge extra to clean the the interior part of the window. I was not happy with the service.

Technician did an excellent job of cleaning under the gutter guards of house and garage, flushing the downspouts and cleaning up afterwards.

The Bubbles employee worked quickly, efficiently, and quietly. The windows are beautifully clean and clear. The price was certainly reasonable. i will call them again.

They did a good job. Their price is fairly competitive. Easy to work with. Good customer service.

They came when they said they would even though the weather was a little wet. Didn't mean any mess as we paid for them to haul away. They followed up promptly to make sure things went well. They had multiple was to pay.

On the service, I didn't know how they did cause I can't get on the top. A year later, I found out late that the job they did was not good. At first they were responsive, I thought everything was good, they were prompt. Right now, a girl Becky says she's from Bubble Windows and she's been harassing me about not paying them.

They sent a team of two guys, and one of them explained what they were going to do. Although they added additional fee of $50 over the initial quote to remove and reinstall the gutter guard we had, the total price was still reasonable for cleaning the gutter all around the house. They included a discount of $10 to offset a part of the cost. In addition, the dispatcher I spoke over the phone was very nice - and they also follow up via email to make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received. I am certain that I will use this company again.

extremely impressed with the work, gutters and downspouts had not been down in two seasons and where clogged. time frame was open from 7a-5p with 1/2 hour call ahead due to scheduling on my part, arrived at 8a with call ahead and 40 minutes later gutters/downspouts clean and cleaned up. Will be using Bubbles ever season from now on!

This was just about the biggest waste of time and money I’ve ever spent. First of all the technician did not show up until three hours after the scheduled window with no excuse. When he did arrive he rang the doorbell vigorously ten times in a row, and when I came to answer the door he was walking away, as though I was the one who had wasted HIS time. After spending about twenty minutes on the roof, he informed me that the gutters were all clogged. No solution was offered. Charged full price for a very small amount of work done. I’m not sure how these guys got such a high rating on AL. It seems that these reviews are proving to be less useful all the time.

Great! They were able to come quickly. They were efficient and did not mess up the house.

The office was friendly and I was able to schedule them with short notice which was helpful. The gutters were cleaned properly, though it started to rain and they were not able to patch the gutter holes. The foreman told me someone from the office would follow up wiht me to reschedule, but I never heard back from anyone. Also, the foreman noticed some gutter hangers needed to be installed, and their quote was much more expensive than some other quotes I got.

They did not clean the gutters and they came in twice.

Hard working and professional guys did very high quality work. We have used their services in the past and will continue to do so.

They did not arrive on time. In fact, they were more than 20 minutes late and never bothered to call.

It went well. Everyone I worked with from Bubbles was professional and polite and on-time.

They sent a rep out to take a look at the building and give me a quote to wash the exterior windows for a 3 story/6 unit condo building. When the sales rep was at the building, he saw how tall the building was and how many windows there were. I was given a quote for all of the exterior windows and scheduled an appointment. To start, Bubbles cancelled or significantly delayed a number of appointments for a variety of what are, in my opinion, unprofessional reasons (i.e. truck was running late, truck broke down, truck didn't have a tall enough ladder). After about two weeks, Bubbles finally managed to get a technician to the building and, wouldn't you know it, Bubbles called me to tell me that their sales rep had incorrectly counted the number of windows and that the price would be more expensive than what was initially quoted. This means that not only did the initial sales rep miscount the windows, but the first window washing technician (who supposedly came and realized his ladder wasn't tall enough) also didn't realize that the sales rep had under quoted the job. I needed to get the job done, so we negotiated a price above what I was initially quoted but below what Bubble's initially tried to charge during their phone call. Once that was settled, they did a reasonably good job on the windows. Bubbles recently sent me an email to schedule fall cleaning and I was willing to give them another chance so I responded to schedule service. This time, I was told that Bubbles "no longer [has] that crew with the 40 foot inside the city limits." This window washing company doesn't have a single 40 foot ladder within the entire City of Chicago. Seriously? Therefore, I would not recommend using Bubbles if any of the following apply to you: (1) you need a window cleaning company that can accurately count windows, (2) you need a window cleaning company that will actually show up and perform work within the first three scheduled appointments, (3) you need a window washing company that will honor the price that they quoted based on their sale rep's visit to the property or (4) you live in a 3 story building literally anywhere within the City of Chicago.

I arranged the appointment and confirmed it. No one showed up. When I called, the person said that the guy who was supposed to do it had to leave. I understand that things happen, but a call would have been nice.
