The company was on time if not a bit early. They worked fast and each window looked amazing. This was my 4th time using them and I will keep using them they are very nice to work with and the people in the office are alway professional and their follow up is great.

I hired them on a few occasions. I asked them to make sure the tech called me before coming out so I could meet him at the location (a commercial building). I was very specific about what needed to be done and how to do it so as not to disrupt/disturb our tenants. Tech never called! I had waited instead of using my time elsewhere. Tech dumped bag of garbage that I think -though I’m not sure- was from our gutters at the entrance to one of our tenants stores (that is incomprehensible to me!! Why would anyone put garbage in a place where someone could trip over it?) Each time I hired them I could not verify that they actually performed the work I paid for, which is another reason I wanted to be present when the work was performed. A very expensive mistake that I won’t make again.

The initial crew did not show up until about 5:30 after the office had called and said they were not coming that day, but would come first thing the following day. The crew that came the following day were very punctual and did a fine job.

I got a text stating that the technician would arrive at a certain time, which he did. My deck was very, very dirty, and he cleaned it perfectly. I was very pleased.

My windows and screens look great.The window washer worked hard and did an awesome job. I would definitely hire them again to wash my windows.

Hired a different company at first and they only did 50% of the gutters, saying they couldn’t complete the others due to height, they didn’t have a tall enough ladder. Bubbles came out with only 1 guy and he was able to do every gutter in less than an hour. And unlike the other company who’s guys just threw all of the “muck” out on my lawn, he hauled it all out in a bag. Will definitely be using them again.

I’ve been in my home for thirty years and this is by far the best window washing service that I have ever experienced. The crew explained everything in detail and was ultra concerned that I was happy with the job. Windows, screens and tracks are sparkling!

I hired Bubbles after pricing other services and having few options of companies who powerwash and do windows. The communication with the office was excellent, thorough and timely and when the team showed up they were efficient and professional. They were willing to work with what exactly I wanted done and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Highly recommend!

Booking process went smoothly. When I booked I specifically told them that, along with the gutter cleaning, I needed an estimate on downspout repair. On the day of the appointment they were supposed to call 30 minutes before they arrived. They never called. Luckily, my wife was home. After they had been there 10 minutes they said they were done. I was skeptical of what they actually did in 10 minutes so my wife put them on the phone. They said they cleaned the gutters and then I asked them about the estimate on repairing the downspout. The guy said he doesn't do repairs and he didn't notice any repairs needed. I questioned as to how he didn't see the water shooting out of the downspout when he ran the water through the gutters. He said he didn't use any water. I am not a gutter cleaner but wouldn't you have to run water through the gutters to ensure there was no blockage? (And when I booked the appointment they made it a point to ensure a water source for their hoses). At this point, I felt like I was getting scammed (no heads up phone call, 10 minutes and done, no estimate on repairing downspout, etc). I decided to call the Bubbles office and explained the situation. I got nowhere with any there. At that point I realized I was out my money and they weren't going to fulfill their end of the arrangement. I then received an email from Bubbles asking how my service went. Really? I replied that they obviously didn't speak to the service people who came out nor did the office personnel relay my frustration. Still nothing from them. However, they are very good at sending out notices to pay the invoice. That part they seem to have down. There has to better, more upstanding companies to choose from out. Save your time and money (and keep your frustration level down).

Bubbles was able to get to me sooner than they thought. Tech cleaned the gutters, bagged the leaves and debris. A few days later there was a thunder storm with heavy rains. The gutters drained perfectly. I will be using Bubbles again and would recommend them.

The service from Bubbles was excellent. They arrived on the scheduled day and took care of it. Previous phone estimates were from $250-450. The guy from Bubbles apologized for charging me $100. Actually apologized.
