Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

We have used Bubbles for years and are very happy with their service. The people in the office answering phones are always very nice and personable. And the crews that come out to do the windows and the gutters are always good and do the job in a very timely manner.

We have used Bubbles for years and they always give exceptional service. We have a lot of windows, some on the second floor and it is a big job. At this time they indicated they were only cleaning the outside because of the Covid-19 risks, which I really appreciated, as I don’t want anybody in my house until this is better. They called before coming, showed up when expected, and did a great job and emailed the bill for us to pay online, so we had no direct physical contact with the staff, but have really clean windows! And they cleaned the windowsills and window wells which always get unbelievably dirty even though we have covers on them. I highly recommend them.

Very well. Service person was professional and courteous. The gutter that needed cleaning was over a hard-to-get-to corner containing stucco, landscaping, and several landscape lights. He was very careful not to damage anything, and he cleaned and rinsed the gutter thoroughly.

Called Wednesday, and the technician was at my house before 8:30 Thursday morning. This was the third time I've had Bubbles clean my gutters, and they've always done a great job.

They were great. They were done in less than an hour. They also cleaned many of my screens for free just because they thought they should be done. They were friendly, efficient and their prices are reasonable. I use them every year to clean my gutters and wash my outside windows and they do a great job. Definitely recommend.

Bubbles got back to me immediately and was able to come out and clean my gutters the next day. I wasn't home but I didn't need to be. A text was sent before they game out. Gutter debris was left in two compost bags at the end of my driveway and my gutters no longer had plants growing out of them!

Well enough. My rating for them is A -. Originally had an appointment for Dec.17, but was cancelled due to being too cold. They said they would call me to make another appointment. When I saw that weather would turn warm the next week, I called to get an appointment when I could be there and observe what and how things were done. They accommodated me, with a 12/23 gutter cleaning. . Afterwards, I made three suggestions to them, and they kindly responded with reasonable explanations. My suggestions were: "When a customer asks for a call before the gutter cleaners arrive and is promised it will be done about half an hour before arrival, please follow through on that. Secondly, but more importantly, if your workers are going to flush out the gutters with a hose, do it in a way that provides enough pressure to clear our roof silt along with the leaves. Thirdly, it would be nice if the vehicle workers arrive in, identifies the company rather than nothing but old barely visible irrelevant markings. However, it this would increase charges, forget this suggestion." Followed by a smiley face. Their response: "I apologize if you did not receive a phone call prior to the arrival of the technician. Our dispatch team relies on effective communication from the technicians in order to keep you informed as to their estimated time of arrival. Due to the weather and the limited amount of daylight hours present to complete the work the technicians may have forgotten to inform us as to their location because they wanted to make sure they complete the work on time. I apologize for the inconvenience. The debris from the shingles is common runoff present in majority of gutters and does not negatively affect the function of the gutter system or clog the gutters. This type of debris does not come out with the hand cleaning that we perform and would require more extensive work to clear out. Our hand cleaning of debris is meant to collect the leaf debris from the gutters so that the gutter systems can run effectively without being clogged. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but we could not effectively clean the shingle debris from the gutters. If you have any questions please let me know." The cost was $100, lower than most quotes.

Bubbles is a great company to work with. They are efficient, easy to contact and very responsive. Their technicians are professional and work very quickly. I have used them for many years and am very satisfied.

They not only cleaned the leaves in the gutters but the leaves that were on the roof. The leaves were bagged and left by the side of the house which I can then empty onto the curb just before leaf pickup day.
