They responded quickly the entire process. The price was fair and the tech who arrived was polite and informed me of the window count before he started, and did a great job. While he did not arrive in the original timeframe, they did text me with updates the entire time to let me know they would be late and when to expect them.

Great! They were here for about 45 minutes, cleaned the outside of the windows plus the wrap around the windows and the price was phenominal. They also flushed out my gutters, which ended up not being dirty at all, but I didn't know that when I hired them. I also got a slight discount for finding them thru Angie's List. I would use them again and was very happy with the results.

They did an excellent job and put all the debris from the gutters in a bag so we could see how much there was. Would definitely hire them again.

Hired for cleaning windows/screens and the team did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous and very professional, tackling my oversized windows and navigating the 2nd floor without issue. I would recommend and plan to use again.

I don't know why I keep using Bubbles. As in other reviews, every time they charge more than they quoted me or more than I paid last time. Every time they say the quote is just an estimate based on actual windows. They've been to our house multiple times and it hasn't changed. Make sure you get a written quote from them and make sure you check it before you pay the bill. I was quoted $520 ($275 for gutters + $275 for windows less a $30 discount). My previous bill for windows was $272. They just billed me $648. They did a minor repair of my gutter which I agreed to (technician said it would be about $30...they charged $75). Even with the gutter repair. They over-billed me.

The crew was on time (they give a time window). They were friendly and efficient. The windows and screens were spotless after they were done. The debris from the gutter was bagged and left for our garbage. We were very happy with their work.

The workmen did a great job actually washing (not just squeegeeing) the windows.

It did not go - They came out to do the work he measured my double-deck to give me an estimate. I asked what his measurements were he would not say. There offer states 200 square feet for $125 and any additional they would give me a price which was fine. My deck measurements are 300 sq ft this includes both decks he wanted $650. I was not willing to pay that price and this when called by the office with the total the lady said this includes your $50 discount - this is not what the advertisement states.

This is the third time I have used Bubbles for gutter & downspout cleaning. This time was after a storm that left leaves and some small branches in my gutters. We scheduled the appointment, (all by e-mail) and they were out in 2 days. Sometimes it is the next day. They are professional, friendly and work fast. It takes under an hour for my house and detached garage. All debris is bagged for your disposable. I like all the options to communicate with them. Book by website. send an e-mail or call them. They follow through and follow up. Bubbles really cares about their customers. Martha, Kristiana, & Dafne have all been great I am sure I've forgot a few, but thank you Guilli's and his crew were the last to come out very good job. They worked fast and quite, even for being on the roof and using ladders.

Excellent experience! The person on the phone was patient and easy to work with. The technician was friendly, hardworking and very professional. Came even earlier than the time scheduled to ensure work was completed before rain. The house looked spotless after he was done. He had proper gears and top of line equipment to get the work done properly. I highly recommend Bubbles for this type of work.

Arrived before scheduled time 1pm. I requested after 1pm appointment. I arrived home the job was finished. I wasn't aware Bubbles was coming that day.
