Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Service was outstanding. Our windows are difficult to clean, each one has 3 layers (screen, storm window & exterior). Staff was very polite & spot-on with post service clean up. Definitely, going to use them again.

Our neighborhood has a lot of large maple and oak trees which drop a lot of leaves come the end of November and the amount of leaves can be a big problem for us come fall rains and winter snows. Our price was $200.00 with a $10.00 off coupon. They were prompt with their quote, came on the day they stipulated and did a wonderful job cleaning the gutters on our 2 story hip roof. We will definitely use them again. We were very pleased!

The customer service was excellent and it was easy to schedule. My only complaint is they left all the waste from the gutters in bags in my back yard for me to dispose of. I did call and ask the company if this was the normal policy. Again customer service was extremely nice and they did say this was the normal policy and they stated they told me on the phone when I scheduled (they very well could have since I was multitasking at the time).

I have used Bubbles Windows several times and have never been disappointed. Actually, the one time I used a different company (used a Groupon), I regretted my decision to switch to another company. Bubbles Windows always arrives on time, their team is very professional, and they work very efficiently. Before they leave, they always walk through the house with me and if I see anything I would like to be cleaned a little more, they are more than happy to fix it. This past cleaning, the crew had their work cut out for them. We recently moved and the windows were very dirty. The Bubbles representative actually pointed out 3 windows that had a broken seal and did a second walk through of my house just to make sure he didn't miss any others that needed to be fixed.

Called to make appointment and was treated very nice. Tech was on time and did work as expected. Also sealed gutters upon request for estimate. Good company to hire.

It was all arranged by email. Explained that one downspout had a deicing cable and should be avoided and I would take care of it. All gutters were cleaned, debris removed and flushed with water.

The gutters were cleaned out, after most of the leaves fell this past fall. The leaves were bagged and left for our disposal. Although we probably will use them again, they readjusted their fee structure and the cost has gone up $30.

Bubbles' workers showed up in the appropriate time window, communicated well in what work was to be done and completed the work thoroughly and professionally. They cleaned up well and left the debris by the garbage.

I have used Bubbles in the past for gutters and window cleaning. They are normally excellent at both. This time, the subcontractor did not thoroughly clean out the window wells. I have had to call back 2 additional times, and they are still not cleaned. They have told me that the window wells will be cleaned this week.

We have now used Bubbles twice in the last two months. First, we had them clean all of our windows in our house for sale and it makes a HUGE difference! The windows look great, no foggy film or dirt on them at all. The technician was on time, friendly, and quick. Did a great job and cleaned up everything before he left. Second, we used Bubbles to clean our gutters in the house we are purchasing. They came out the next day, cleaned out the gutters and flushed them out and gave us the coupon discount to use. They put the leaves and debris in black plastic bags which you are responsible for disposing, which was no big deal. The soggy mess in the bag went out with the week's trash. We plan on using them one more time in the spring to power wash our patio of our new house. We were very pleased with their professionalism, courteous demeanor and affordable pricing.

They did a super job and I'll hire them again next year. They gave us an Angieslist discount as well.

I have used Bubbles in the past to clean my gutters on multiple occasions, and have been quite pleased with their service historically. However, when I called this fall to do the typical cleaning they quoted a price increase of 40%. When I inquired, they indicated that they had increased prices across the board. I did get them to agree to reduce the price closer to what they charged previously, but after calling a couple other competitors who were also highly rated, I decided to go with a different company. Perhaps the owner of Bubbles had an insurance increase or something, but they're no longer price competitive.

As a repeat customer and repeat reviewer of Bubble's, I continue to give this company an A in all categories. From my initial phone call to a follow up call regarding my service, the staff is responsive, professional and great to work with. They cleaned the gutters thoroughly on my two story home and cleaned up the debris so that there was one bag placed near the garage. Other than the bag, you'd never know they had been there. Come springtime, they'll get my business for window washing again.

Very smooth and easy experience. I called based on Angie's List reviews and was greeted promptly on my first attempt to call. An appointment was scheduled for the same week and discounts for being an Angie's List Member were provided without request. The worker came to our home, rang our doorbell and let us know that he was here to do the work. He didn't need anything from us. He used a ladder and cleaned all gutters (3 stories worth) by hand. Other companies in the past use a pressure washer that leave debris behind both in the gutters and on the ground below. It was very thorough and the gutters looked great. Everything was put into garbage bags and left for the garbage company. Afterwards, all windows were hand cleaned. They were done very thoroughly and look great. My family couldn't be happy with our overall experience. We received an email from them asking how the service went. It's rare to find such quality customer service and companies that actually care about the quality of work they provide. Bubbles Window Washing and Gutter cleaning is certainly one of them.

Very bad experience. The Bubbles window cleaner arrived on time. After that the wheels fell off. I have used Bubbles numerous times in the past. Usually three window washers arrive. This time only one came. He asked what we wanted done. I said, "all the outside windows, same as usual." Because I've used Bubbles before (usually 2x/year, once in the spring, once in the fall) I knew the price to expect. When I got a call from the Nanny who watches my kids until I get home from work saying that the Bubbles washer was asking for 30% more I told her to hold onto the check and that I would call the company to find out what happened. The woman who took my call at Bubbles agreed with me that the window cleaner appeared to be off base in asking for 30% more when the house clearly has the same number of windows as it has always had. In fact, the window cleaner even missed 8 windows this time. He did have to remove the screens on some windows where I usally remove the screens ahead of time. At most this could've amounted to an extra $20, not an extra $113!? He did a fine job on the windows; not superb, not certainly fine. The woman on the phone told me they would call me back. I gave them multiple numbers. They did not call me back. I got another call from the Nanny saying that she was spooked because the window cleaner was now banging on the door demanding that she open it. I told her not to open the door. He walked away, then he returned, banging on the door again. I called Bubbles again, this time on my way home. There was no answer so I left a message. A day later I just heard back from them. They were very conciliatory. They acknowledged that I am a long standing customer and have always paid promptly. They acknowledged that the mistake was on the part of the cleaner. They said they would billl for the amount that I always pay and they were sorry about the 30% overcharge. Although the the woman who called handled the situation very professionally the damage has been done. I will not be using Bubbles again.

They arived at the time promised and washed the windows. They are very neat and courteous.

I was very pleased with their work. They were punctual, professional and did a thorough job. A few of my windows were old French style double-hung - not easy to clean, but they did a very good job. One man worked outside (it was wet and he had to get behind hedges to access some of the windows) and one inside. Both worked and communicated well together.

The man came out the same day I called and got right to work cleaning out the gutters.

I called on Monday the 15th and told them we needed the gutters cleaned and we wanted gutter covers installed. We have many trees and cannot clean the gutters ourselves. They sent the gutter cover rep out the same day I called and were able to schedule the installation two days later. The crew was professional and friendly. They came on time. We are very happy with the result.
