Description of Work: We recently purchased this home and noticed that the main gutter poured over the sides and some of our other gutters didn't even sound like water trickled in the downspout. We called Bubbles and presto, water came gushing down the downspouts the very next rainstorm, two days later, gutter problem solved!

Description of Work: The Bubbles team (three very nice guys) arrived at my home on time, and did a great job of scrubbing the inside and outside of my (very filthy) single family home in the Gold Coast area. They were kind and professional, and the price quoted for the work seemed reasonable. I would definitely use them again. I can see through my windows again!

Description of Work: The window washing service I called, Bubbles window washing, never showed up. My husband waited all day and when I called to find out when they were coming, the woman told me they would be there between 11 and 2 and it wasn't quite 2:00 yet but they should be there in the next 15 minutes. They never showed up and never called. Then a couple weeks ago they sent me a survey to follow up on my experience. When I wrote back and said they never showed up, the same woman from the company called and left me a voicemail saying that they had left me a message that the temperature was too cold and they wouldn't be coming. This was a total lie which really upset me. If she would have just said we're sorry, I could have accepted that. But to lie and tell me she left a message is totally out of line. I called to confirm they were coming and that I am 100% certain I never got a message that they were canceling the appointment but, when she said it was too COLD that really did it. The weather temperature that day was average 53 degrees and a high of 67. what a crock.

Description of Work: No services preformed, requested quote for simple siding repair, gutter cleaning, window washing and siding cleaning, called 5 times over a three week period. During the fifth call the receptionist informed me that the estimate had not been completed and forwarded my call to a Bubbles service representative. Whale talking to a Bubbles service manager I got the distinct impression that Bubbles was not intrested in the job and discontinued any further request for service. I approached and stayed with Bubbles because of the positive reports listed on Angie's List. Bubbles' business must be good to treat perspective customers so badly.

Description of Work: Two workers were sent to my home. They claimed they were not told that screens were to be cleaned. They were at my house for TEN HOURS!!!! I am not kidding. Even after that much time, they put many screens in upside down. We were so happy to be rid of them that we just left them that way and corrected it later. One man kept smoking while washing the windows. Both my kids and neighbors heard them cursing several times. When they FINALLY finished our windows one yelled, "We are finally F****** finished!" loudly enough for all of us to hear. Trust me, we felt the same way! I will never, ever use this company again!

Description of Work: We just had them do the outside windows before the winter. We live in a location where there is a lot of dust from a construction site nearby. We may need it again after winter. They left the windows clean and after I did the inside, I saw no streaks or marks. Next time I will have them do in and out.
