My experience with Bryan started with me calling his office and leaving a message, urgently needing a pre-approval letter for an offer I wanted to make, on a Saturday afternoon. Bryan called me back within an hour, was extremely helpful, and got me the needed document that evening. From that moment, Bryan highly available and worked hard to make my first home-buying experience the best it could be. I had some very unique financial situations that needed to be worked through, and Bryan and his team took them in stride and remained pleasant and helpful throughout. I could not recommend Bryan highly enough. He was very open and clear about all of the steps that needed to be gone through, many of which my wife and I were not aware of, and he managed to make something that has the reputation of being a painful, drawn out experience, the exact opposite. I highly recommend utilizing Bryan's knowledge and professional services when you next need them.

We first contacted Bryan back in 2010 when we first thought of refinancing our condo. We were so underwater that it didn't make sense for us. Even though Bryan knew that he still took time to talk with me and answer all my questions. So when it was time to for us to buy a new house we called Bryan. He was great to work with. Very knowledgable and professional. He made the financing of our new house as stress free for us as possible.
