Description of Work: They solved the PBX issue, but after they left issues were introduced into the voice mail and dialer by the fix. Client could not get a response when called. Client now on hosted solution so issue is moot.

Description of Work: Bradley Communications came into our business and helped us rewire and set up new cables for our whole Telephone and Internet lines for our whole building. We expanded our business and they came in with the knowledge of our phone system and did exactly what we wanted them to do. The never tried to suggest anything other then what we needed or wanted. They were very competitive and also came back and did a follow up apt to make sure everything was done absolutely correctly. I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone

Description of Work: We bought and had installed a new phone system for our small office. We have four lines and six handsets.

 + -1 moreI'm more then satisfied with the service that I received from Bradley Communication. We requested proposals and estimate from a number of companies and Bradley came through as the most responsive, helpful, and had the most realistic pricing. Craig and John arrived on time and went immediately to work. Craig solved a minor programming issue that had been driving me crazy within 5 minutes of showing up on site. Craig and John were both incredibly knowledgeable of our equipment, building systems and ATand T (our service provider). Their invoice arrived spot on to their invoice. I did have to call them the following week when I arrived into the office and had no dial tone. They were back on site within 30 minutes of my call and had the phone active again in an additional 30 minutes. They found that it was actually a change by ATand T out in the street that created the problem. Overall, I would absolutely recommend them for any office or home install. Their prices are reasonable, they are incredibly knowledgeable and very professional.
Description of Work: Bradley Communications moved our Nortel Phone System (5 Phone Units) from our existing office to our new office 1 floor below. The computer system and phones were moved as well as the landlines were rerouted. In the process of the move they verified the functionality of the line that buzzes our front door, installed a battery back-up system and fixed some minor programming issues. The entire process took about 4 hours.

Description of Work: Bradley came out to our home to help reprogram our rather byzantine Panasonic Advanced Hybrid phone system which was left by the previous owners of the home. They activated several different phone jacks throughout the house, and explained how to program and use the phone system.
