They were great. They came in pre-construction and ran wires, placed boxes for sounds knobs, rings for speakers, etc. They came up with some creative solutions for us and were willing to work with what we had in place already and not insist that we purchase all new from them. Even the stuff that they suggested we buy new, they helped us select and I felt helped us get good pricing on. Candidly, Nick is a bit of a tech geek...but, isn't that what you want? I highly recommend them.

Full praise to Boone audio for both visits. The first time, Nick from Boone fixed in one visit what our original installer could not do in 4 agonizing followup visits. With speed and precision, Nick discovered and corrected the massive mistakes the original installer made. He also installed an X Box. Almost a year later, we used Nick to install our new blue ray. To add to our highly complicated system required someone who truly UNDERSTANDS the technology, not someone who guesses. While doing the installation, Nick discovered yet more mistakes our original installer made and corrected them on the spot. My husband and son have everything a person could want in a home theater system, we just needed someone with absolute knowledge to make everything work beautifully and smoothly. Our one major regret is that we did not use Boone Audio to design our system because it would have saved us hours of frustration and wasted money thrown at an incompetent installer.
