+ -1 moreI was looking for a specific type of building, and was very particular about what features my apartment must (or must not) have. Bonnie not only understood exactly what I was looking for, but also pointed me to a neighborhood I wasn't considering because she knew I'd find the space and type of building I was looking for. She was right, and I love my apartment and my neighborhood. Bonnie loves negotiating, and understood when to push and when to give in to get me the price I wanted. She's very straightforward, returns calls promptly, and obviously enjoys her work. It was a pleasure to work with Bonnie. She gets the job done and I would absolutely hire her again and have recommended her to others.
