Description of Work: Bob helped us with a number of things we needed done, including fixing some flashing and gutter positioning, some caulking, repairing a side of the house that had substantial water damage, and doing repair work on our chimney and some toilet vents.

+ -1 moreI wouldn't do business with this guy if he were the last handyman on earth...OR Angie's List has the wrong email. Either way, not happy.
Description of Work: I emailed for information, using the email listed here on Angie's List. I explained that I needed some minor window hardware repairs and wanted an estimate if possible. About 8 hours later I got a reply...with extremely large letters saying "does [sic] not send me over this s**t" The person sending this email had the same last name as Bob Stanisic but a different first name, so I don't know if Bob actually received my email (or if there is a Bob). When I emailed back to ask if I just had the wrong email, I got a very angry phone call (with similar language) telling me to stop sending him s**t like this. Either this guy is the worst business man on earth or the email is incorrect.

+ -1 moreThis is the kind of handyman we all dream of; does everything meticulously, solves problems efficiently, doesn't charge a lot, is extremely reliable, punctual, is nice to the kids and dog, and even gave good advice on paint colors and plants. He seems to be able to do absolutely anything. He did finish carpentry for us on a previous project that was just spectacular. I recommended him to all my friends, and now they are happy too. This is definitely someone who treats your home as if it were his and really enjoys his work.
Description of Work: Re tiled kitchen walls, repaired plaster, painted some ceilings, a common room and a long hallway, replaced a basement window, subcontracted refinishing of some hardwood floors, sealed the exterior foundation line, replaced the wax collar on a toilet, checked the roof to seek out and repair leaks.
