+ -1 moreMy tenant called on a Saturday and said his oven had ceased to work and that he wanted it fixed asap. I got Bob's name from Angie's list. He suspected (correctly) that the oven's lighting element was kaput. He was willing to handle the work immediately for a premium (but still reasonable) rate, but my tenant said Monday was fine. Alas, on Monday morning, my tenant had to scoot to to Kansas for a family emergency. Unfortunately, we forgot to tell Bob, who showed up on Monday to find the place empty. Without a single complaint, Bob rescheduled to Wednesday and handled the job easily. He sent us a bill, and we paid by check. All ended well.
Description of Work: Jim installed a replacement part for my tenant's oven.
