First, I must say that, with one exception, the quality of flowers I've gotten have always been top notch. It seems like they live forever. This time was no exception, and I got a bouquet with some very unique and interesting flowers. However, I was shocked at the cost, given I think there were only about 4 or 5 flowers in the bouquet. I liked the flowers, the price, not so much. It might have been nice to get a ''head's up'' that what I had chosen was going to be a little pricier than your run of the mill stuff. That said, I was very happy with the flowers themselves and I will continue to go here, but I'll be more proactive about asking for cost if I get anything unusual.

GENERALLY, I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE, AS I HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST AT BVM. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & CREATIVE, & OFTEN HAVE UNUSUAL FLOWERS. I WAS ABLE TO TELL THEM WHAT MY WIFE GENERALLY LIKED, & THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL PUTTING SOMETHING TOGETHER. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THE BOUQUET INCLUDED A BUNCH OF BLACK-EYED SUSANS, WHICH THE CLERK SAID HAD JUST COME IN MINUTES AGO, & THEY WERE ALL DEAD LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER. THE REST OF THE BOUQUET LASTED 6 OR 7 DAYS, WHICH IS CONSISTENT WITH MY PAST EXPERIENCE AT BVM. HOPEFULLY, THIS WAS AN ABERRATION.
