When we started out, we wanted to streamline the moving process for clients in the Chicagoland area. We felt that the current local industry was inundated with way too many fees and charges and that customers came away feeling like they were being "nickel and dimed" for everything. What we found was that by building everything into a full service, simple quote system, with no additional fees, customers overwhelmingly responded with an unanimous thumbs up. Simple and stress free, easy to understand and easily meeting expectations. This has become our thumbprint. You will LOVE the way we move!

Description of Work: This was a very good moving experience. I haven't moved in over 25 years, so I was a bit stressed about the whole ordeal. Eric ( the owner ) , and his staff were great. | |This companies services, and cost are all straight forward. They were no surprise cost. The movers were great! Very professional, and accommodating. They had a bit of a problem getting a piece of over sized furniture out, because of my low ceilings.It took awhile, but they got it out. Even with that , they still finished the job in under 3 hours. | |I usually don't write reviews,but Eric , and his staff did such a great job, I thought they deserved this revue. | | |

Description of Work: really nice crew of guys--they were 30 min. late and didn't call to alert me, so I did speak w/sales mgr. about that. But they did a great job and were pleasant and helpful
