Description of Work: I hired this company for a very small moving last July, from a one bedroom apartment to another building few streets away. |They came to my place on time, and they seemed to be doing a fast and professional work, moving the already packed boxes to the truck. |When they finished (45 min later than expected in the offer by Angies list), they asked for me to pay for the extra time, and my surprise was that that was almost as much as the three hours I paid initially. |I would not hire them again, that extra cost was way too much for my budget.

Description of Work: MOVED 4 BDRMS. LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS. THEY WERE EXCELLENT! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING A MOVING COMPANY AND I WAS UNAWARE THAT IF THE SERVICE IS AS EXCELLENT AS IT WAS ... ONE SHOULD GIVE TIPS TO EACH OF THE TEAM FOR GOOD QUALITY. I APOLOGIZE PROFUSELY THAT I DID NOT KNOW. BLANKENSHIP GAVE ME A GREAT TEAM ... I WAS MOVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN. FANTASTIC!

Description of Work: Moved furniture and years of accumulated stuff from a two-flat we were selling and moved to storage area. Excellent service; clean, fast, fairly priced and professional all the way. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They were a bit late in arriving; but they called to let us know. They did great work. I wish that I had told them to come out and give us a physical estimate; but all they wanted to know was how many rooms, and specific questions about furniture. In the end, it cost more than their quote - so I really think in the future, they should come out and give you an estimate. But all in all - they did a great JOB.

Description of Work: One of the movers was way too rude and didn't responds no acknowledge me when I spoke to.him about having things done a certain way. Inexcusable behavior! Would not recommend them. Not trusted.

Description of Work: The manager reached out to us and helped us schedule our move to a short-term apartment quickly and easily. We went with them for two main reasons: 1) They had a "Big Deal" that although wasn't a discount made sure all the costs were upfront. 2) Their 'travel fee' was less than other movers (we are not in the city). | |Pros: In general the crew was great and helpful and did their best to make things go as quickly and smoothly as possible (and so far we haven't found anything broken!). They managed the two stops effectively and complimented us on our system that allowed the loading and unloading, especially the latter, to go much more smoothly than normal. | |Cons: They were missing some tools that we had to dig out and provide in order to save time, some liked to occasionally chit chat and complain about other moves to us or to tease each other, and there was one crew member who spent a lot of time just standing on the truck. When he was finally coaxed into our place by the team lead he would just stand there and sometimes kill time by asking us questions and then leave again without taking anything with him. (I believe that last part is what contributed to the move taking longer than I feel was necessary and adding to our bill.)
