When we started out, we wanted to streamline the moving process for clients in the Chicagoland area. We felt that the current local industry was inundated with way too many fees and charges and that customers came away feeling like they were being "nickel and dimed" for everything. What we found was that by building everything into a full service, simple quote system, with no additional fees, customers overwhelmingly responded with an unanimous thumbs up. Simple and stress free, easy to understand and easily meeting expectations. This has become our thumbprint. You will LOVE the way we move!

Great crew
Description of Work: Downsized apartments within the same building. The 3 person crew came 10 minutes ahead of schedule and coordinated everything with the building management. The move went well in terms of the speed the guys moved, but I was so impressed by their attitude. They were all smiles even when I had them rearrange furniture multiple times to get everything to fit into the smaller place. Really a great group of professionals start to finish!

Description of Work: Refused my move. We kind of had a funny feeling about being able to reach them by phone. Worse feeling going to company office on a Saturday and not being able to reach anyone. That's OK we saved tons of money.

You have my apologies, but there was no other option other than to refuse your move. The house was filthy, and there were debris and garbage everywhere. How you choose to live is your business and we are not here to judge, but I have other customers to consider. Please understand, all of our crews/trucks do 2 jobs a day. I can not subject one customer's household goods to another customer's mess/garbage/or worse. Customers rely on, and expect, Blankenship to bring a 5 star experience, and this includes the comfort of knowing our trucks are clean and sanitary. We offered to come back after you had cleaned everything up and had the place fit for workers to actually do their jobs, as well as not jeopardize my other customers inventory, and that was the best I could offer you. It's incredibly selfish of you to give us a negative review when we couldn't even provide the service to you - a situation of your own making not ours. I have attached pictures of the state of your home to defend our decision to cancel the scope of work - no legitimate professional moving company would ever contract this job.

Very well.
Description of Work: The guys came in the morning and started working right away. The boss asked me a few questions and also got busy. They moved me 200 miles and finished around 6pm. Every thing went well and they were 1000 bucks cheaper then the other two estimates I received.

Description of Work: Provided three men and a truck for moving. Worst experience ever. Truck was not large enough to accommodate everything. They started at 2:00pm not 8:00am/ Wanted to unload at 9:00pm! I have a disabled wife. They did not come back the next day to deliver our belongings and we had nothing for two days!

Description of Work: I hired 3-men crews for my moving to prevent any accidents. They broke the dinning room chandelier. After the workers left, I and my real estate agent discovered the broken chandelier. When I informed the company manager, the manager said, "his workers did not have to inform me about the broken chandelier ". To make a long story short, he agreed to pay to replace the broken one. When I finally emailed him to pay $200 to replace the broken one in March 2016, the manager has not replied as of today.
