It went well. Everything came back in one piece and I would use them again.

I called John and he was very professional and helpful. In fact, he rearranged their moving schedule around so that he could have it done for her. He switched a previously scheduled move to 10:30 a.m. and had a crew begin our move at 7 a.m. The crew, headed by Shawn, showed up at 6:55 a.m. and they were great. They handled everything with care and were very thorough in ensuring that everything was packed accordingly. When they got to the new place, and we found out that we couldn't enter until 9 a.m.,; they unloaded everything and had it set to be brought in right at 9a.m. They were extremely professional and helpful. I will be using them in the future. Side note: The building manager of the new building was so impressed by how they handled things, and making sure they didn't damaged things or be careless - she told them that she was having their company be on their referral list.

I had been searching for movers and thought I'd found one I would use until I dug deeper into reviews and found a multitude of complaints. Most were for locations in other states but a few were in my area. While going through those reviews, Blankenship Movers kept coming up as a reputable firm. I called them and was amazed at the process. John was very helpful and upfront about all charges. The movers arrived exactly when promised. I was moving in the same large subdivision but at the opposite end (6-7 min). They had me emptied out of my old place and into my new one in under two hours. They did absolutely no damage to my personal property or the walls, doors, etc. at either location. I was impressed with their teamwork and organization. I would use them again and have already recommended them to two other people; one of which is moving soon. You can't go wrong with this company. They've more than earned their A+ rating with the BBB.

Went very well overall. Estimate was spot on. Movers, Danny and Brian arrived on time and moved everything efficiently and quickly. Very courteous.

Generally they did a very good job. They were relatively careful with our things and asked a lot of questions about how we wanted things, which we appreciated. One of the three men seemed less experienced and dropped some of our stuff, but the other two guys were very careful and helpful. The company was responsive and punctual, and we were happy with our experience. Moving can be a nightmare but they made it much easier.

The movers came at 8:00 a.m. just as they promised. They were very careful with the furniture, taking the legs off the table and wrapping the china cabinet to keep the glass from breaking. When they delivered the set, they set everything up quickly and efficiently.

They ran a little late but did call to say exactly when they would be there. The apartment was on the second floor and the halls were a bit narrow. That being said they moved everything very carefully. They covered every piece of furniture with thick quilted blankes and they were very careful not to scratch walls, ceilings, etc. Before they unloaded at my house I had them deliver a refigerator to another address. The move went very well and the three men who moved my mom were very professional, very good natured and above all very careful. I would certainly use them again.

The guys were on time, professional and got this huge TV up the stairs and out the door effortlessly.

From the first phone call they were ideal. They are very personnel from the start. They quoted a great price by the hour. They were flexible with me since I had to cancel last minute due to being sick and were able to reschedule without any issues. I could have not been treated more tenderly. They went above and beyond by packing some of my items without an extra charge. They were also very flexible with payment options. They even repaired a broken leg on a hutch of mine. They are wonderful people! I would trust them with any antiques and for anyone of any age.

The total experience was great. I called several different moving companies, and they all have differing policies about charging rates for "travel" and whatnot. I purposely chose a company that was close-by to cut down on these costs. The owner was great on the phone, gave me an estimate that was almost right-on, and even cut me a break on the overnight storage costs! The 4-team movers were great guys, very nice, right on time, and were very understanding of the fact that we were still packing as they were loading up the truck. We had the same team of guys move us in the next day, which was nice. The head guy was really great about asking if we wanted them to move things to certain floors, etc., stating that it would take more time then and increase our costs (since they're paid hourly), or if we would prefer to keep things more centralized and move things on our own. I appreciated this sensitivity to the end cost of the move. Overall, I was very happy with the move, the costs, and would definitely use this company again.

The overall experience was very good...they are workhorses! They were punctual, and completed the entire move in a timely fashion. They had absolutely no issue with the additional stops that we had to make. Would definitely contract them again for any moving needs.

They showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully and provided an excellent experience.
