Description of Work: Corey conducted a complete cosmetic update of our home, including a new powder room, floor refinishing, painting, crown mouldings, a new hearth and mantel, and kitchen installation, and marble tile installation. This process was an absolute nightmare. Not only was he non-responsive to correspondence, but he ended up leaving the job with merchandise we had paid for (over $1000) and never contacted us again except to borrow money on work he never finished. Several of the items his team construction have now fallen apart and have needed to be redone (including plumbing issues, woodwork problems, crown moulding, etc.). Additionally, there is still paint and scratches all over the hardwood floors his team refinished and bald spots on the wall that were never given more than one coat of paint. This was the absolute worst experience with a general contractor that I could imagine. If you are looking at Corey's services, I would suggest: Run, don't walk - away from Big City Construction. He's a crook and a charlatan and if I could spearhead a campaign to strip him of his licensing, I would. Finally, I happen to know he has faced multiple lawsuits from other clients for having run off with their money without having done the contracted work. This is a someone to avoid for sure.

Description of Work: Contractor abandoned the job and work had to be completed by others at cost exceeding $170000. We currently have a legal judgement against this contractor.

Description of Work: Gullion took our money and abandoned the job, never picking up the permits or showing up. We had used him before so we trusted him. He has been unresponsive to all attempts to contact him to get him to return our money. He has terminated his phone and relocated, so the address noted for his business in inaccurate. We have involved local authorities. Avoid him at all cost!

Description of Work: Tore down our old deck and built a new one. Also did a small handy-man job for us.
