Beverly Glass Service

On 12/16/2014 Beverly Glass was contacted about two pieces of glass we needed and was suppose to get back to us that day with an estimate. After several calls to Marcie Terrones, i was told we would get it at the beginning of the year due to the holiday and that it was a special order. No problem. On 1/7/15, i called to see how it was going and was told she just received the estimate and would email me that day. Two weeks and three calls later I got the email estimate on 1/23/14. After excepting the estimate on 1/29/15, Marcie was to call me with a day to physically come out and measure and make a template. 5 weeks later and several more calls, we set up a time on 2/20/15 for them to come out. The first time Marcie ever called me(i always had to instigate the contact) was the morning of the 20th, cancelling the appointment...but they would be in the area the very next day 2/21/15 and would call me by 1:00pm and let me know when they would be here. I never heard from them that day or ever again. note: after many unreturned calls, blow offs, and 10 weeks of wasted time gone i gave Marcie the opportunity to back out of this project, feeling that they really didn't want the job. She insisted they did! Today is 3/4/15 80 days after we were to get the estimate originally! I would recommend staying far away from this company as they seem to not really care about their customers or business. What a disappointment!!

Initial consultation was fine. overall very nice to work with and the job got done. We had multiple occurrences where the installation was scheduled and they did not show up. When we called to ask where they were we received an excuse or said they would call back but never did. Very disorganized and not punctual. price seemed slightly high. not sure we would recommend to someone looking for shower glass

It went well; they had the glasses ready when they said they would. They cut it to the right size and everything went smoothly. I think their price was reasonable.

When I called Beverly Glass, they said they could do the work and that someone would be able to come out the next day to measure the window and give us a price. The woman who answered the phone said she would call me back later in the day with the time since the people who do estimates were not in at the moment. I did not recieve a call that afternoon, so I called back the next morning and spoke to the same woman who said one of two guys would be out at 2 pm. By 3:20 pm, no one had arrived. I called the woman back and she was unable to reach the person who was to come do the estimate. She said that she would call me back when she was able to reach him. It is now past 5:15 pm and no one has shown up and I have recieved no call. The first phone call I placed to Beverly Glass was so pleasant and helpful, it is utterly disappointing that thier follow-up service has been so very unprofessional. I would NOT recommed using them if this is their standard customer service.
