I am doing this review months later from the actual estimate time so I don't remember as many details as I should. However, I do remember that Robert came out to do the estimate, and he did come when he was scheduled to show. Now that I am doing this review, I see just how little information that I had on the company from their so called contract. It did not give the details of the transaction as far as clean up etc., company address, and Robert did not even sign it. If I am not mistaken Robert told me to give the office a call back to get a copy of the license, insurance, and referrals. When I did, the company never sent that information to me. Because this is one of the lowest estimates that we recieved, I tried to give the company a slide and called them again. However, by the time I called back, they seemed to not know who Robert was, did not send anyone else out, and the still did not send any of the information that I previously requested. They quoted us like three different prices on the same sheet ranging from 16,300 without roof and soffit facia, and 18,190 with soffit and facia. Because of the lack of response to my request, I went with Best Quality Builders in Villa Park to do the job.
