He applied the coupon we had & gave a written statement of what needed to be fixed. We also asked for quotes for additional work and Besco responded quickly. We called again because another area of the church had air conditioning problems & again they came out quickly &

Description of Work: Air conditioner broke on a day in the 90s. They came out the same day and got it to temporarily function overnight while they ordered a new unit. Installed the unit the next day. I didn't compare prices before (after it seemed reasonable without actual quotes). Polite, and very responsive.

Description of Work: My experience with Besco was positive throughout the process. Jim came initially due to some problems with my thermostat and I had also asked for a quote for a new furnace since I had been told by another company that there was a crack in the furnace. He spent considerable time explaining my furnace options and answered all my questions. From a price perspective, they were comparable to another company, but I liked his responsiveness and helpfulness. In addition, I had chosen this company due to their high ratings on Angie's List, while the other company was only rated a "B". We scheduled the appointment for the new furnace the following Friday and the two men who came to do the removal and new installation were very friendly and professional. Jim came later in the afternoon to check the installation and then they spent time explaining the new thermostat. I would highly recommend this company and for another other issues I would call them without question.

Description of Work: We had some remodeling done on our house and the ducts needed a serious cleaning. Besco costs more than other providers, but they really know what they're doing. The technicians are very knowledgeable and they are courteous.

Description of Work: Tech was very helpful. He methodically worked through the system until we discovered the problem which was a plugged drain.

Description of Work: I signed up for a service contract with Besco for 3 years for maintenance and cleaning on my furnace and air conditioning unit. So the amount listed is the approximate price of the service contract. I do not spend anything on the the 3 years of cleaning since I prepaid, unless I need a new part. I have also had Besco replace a water heater and they helped me with duct work that was coming undone from the previous owner's handywork! Jim is my go-to guy and he is wonderful!
