There was no pressure. No time line. Price would be the same regardless of when we decided to have the work done. That was very different than the experience I had with another company. Description of Work: Besco Air responded quickly to set up an appointment. They came on time, were very curious and they'll be coming out again in the Spring to check our Air/Heating unit. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Description of Work: We had a steam boiler replaced. The representative was punctual and very informative. The service crew was very cognizant of tenants in the building and completed the work on time.

From the estimate at the first visit to the completed installation, they were the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Completed on time as projected. I will call them back every year for a review and cleaning. I would recommend them in a second. Can't say enough.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning unit wasn't working and it was in the middle of the summer so we asked Besco to come out and take a look. It seems as if they sent one of their junior most employees since he wasn't able to answer a lot of my questions. His diagnosis was that we needed more freon, which costs about $100 per pound. He seemed sure so I told him to go ahead and add the freon. We ended up spending $400 to fill up the freon. | Unfortunately, our unit still couldn't cool down our condo. We called them to ask them to come back and they said that if there wasn't something wrong with what the previous tech had done, they would charge us for that appointment. So we decided to call someone else and when someone from the other company came out, he was able to tell us exactly what was broken on our unit just by listening to it for two minutes. I would never use Besco again, we lost $400 that didn't need to be lost.
