Description of Work: They came out to provide a routine maintenance service. The technician was so informative, knowledgable and professional. She spent a lot of time with talking with me about our furnace and a/c units (how they work, how to change the filters, etc), which was so nice because we just moved into a new house. I plan to use them for our semiannual maintenance checks, without a doubt.
