It took us couple of phone calls back and fourth to schedule the appointment but finally we schedule it for the next day morning. The technician arrived right at time and got to work. We have one AC for the second floor which was not working and we could hear a humming sound from the attic. The tech told us that due to the voltage fluctuation, the motor got burned and need a replacement. He checked with his company and gave me the quote for the replacement including labor. I thought it is too expensive but I am not sure how much other vendors would have quoted me either. So we decided to have the motor replaced. He worked in the attic on the second floor for the entire morning, in 95+F heat. He had to go up and down multiple times and he was dripping wet in sweat. But he finished the work without complain. He also asked for couple of AA batteries and replaced them in the upstairs thermometer. He programmed the unit and cleaned up everything after him. Overall, we were happy with the service but I think the price was little bit of a shock for us.

We bought a Big Deal because our AC wasn't working so well. When the tech came out he told us the filter was dirty. We changed the filter. Then he checked the unit and added freon without telling us that he would, or that there was a large fee for that.

Service went well, very nice folks. They told me they would have someone there early in the day, stayed home from work waiting for the guys, did not show up till 730PM. Granted they ran into issues at someone else home, but I had taken the day off from work that day to wait for them, that was a waste of a vacation day.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out great. They came out pretty quick after I purchased the deal. They did very good and were prompt and professional. This company had reasonable prices.

Repair person was very expert in troubleshooting the problem of the HVAC not turning on. He replaced a faulty circuit board and got me up and running in no time at all. Very professional.

Everything went well. They came on time and were very professional. The AC unit that was fixed/cleaned is working as expected.

They were very professional. They were on time. They worked hard. They were just a really good group of people. I have recommend them to other people that have asked me about HVAC needs. They didn't run into any problems. If they did, they didn't tell us. They just did the job they needed to do.

Called after buying coupon from Angies List. Made appointment and they came out the next day. Service person told us the problem, and made appointment for next day to meet with sales person to find out our options. Salesperson never showed. When I called to ask if there was a problem, they had no record of our appt. They came by two days later, when we would be available, since the company did not have sales people who made calls after 5pm, which, if you ask me, is not very customer friendly. We ended using a company in the area, (Arlington Hts Heating and Air) and Arlington Hts Heat & Air's bid on the job was $600.00 lower than Besco for the same work and type of unit needed The company did call back at the beginning of Aug to see if we still nedded the work done, told them that we went with another company and that was that.

I needed to replace a furnace and air conditioner that were quite old. I received quotes from three companies, and after several days of asking questions and comparing prices, I chose to go with Besco Air. The reason for this was primarily due to Joe?s attention to detail when providing my initial estimate. He noticed things that other companies did not, and he took the time to explain why I might choose to make certain decisions over others. He was knowledgeable without pressuring me to make a decision, and I felt confident that he would oversee the best possible installation. After finally deciding on Besco Air, we scheduled the installation date. The installers, Fuad and Robert, arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous during the installation. They answered all of my questions and were very careful when removing my old units and installing the new ones. They added a bit of basement ductwork and an additional return vent as well as ran piping, and throughout it all, I felt like they knew exactly what they were doing. When the job was done, they cleaned up very well, and I had a great new system. Approximately a week or so after the installation, Joe scheduled a follow-up visit to see how I liked the new system. I was very pleased with it and had a few questions about how to ensure that I was using the thermostat in the most efficient way possible. He spent time explaining the functions and even walked room to room with me to see how we could adjust airflow to help with cooling the upstairs of our house where the insulation isn?t the best. While I could have gone with a slightly cheaper system and installation from another company, I feel absolutely confident that I made the right decision. Quality equipment, knowledgeable installation, and good service go a long way, and I feel that Besco Air provides all of the above.

Jim canme out and not only inspected and charged my newer compressor but evaluated my entire system. From his expert evaluation and subsequent inspection and quote from Joe I had a Mr Slim mini split system installed for my upstairs bedrooms in addition to a high efficient furnace. I felt completely assured and comfortable with their equipment recommendations and installation. The Mr Slim unit is operating fantastically and the central air unit is performing as it should have from the beginning. Highly pleased with Jim, Joe, and Besco Air.

Same day appointment. Tech arrived early in promised 2-5pm window. diagnosed problem immediately, fixed problem withing 15 minutes. absolutely as good a job as I could have hoped for!

This was a difficult project because of the limited indoor space available for the coil. Several other providers could not make a reasonable proposal, or suggested an inferior coil. Ed from Besco explained what the difficulties were and took a few days to find the right equipment to do the job. The installers were efficient and they did a great job of cleaning up. We're extremely satisfied with Besco.

It was great. They came out the same day right away and they're very knowledgeable. They offered a lot of good information about our system but not making it seemed like they were trying to sell stuff.

They were very good. The guy was experienced, talked about what the problem was, whatever resolution needed to be located for prior job to pick up the parts and came back and everything was on. Everything that he said that he would do and how he would do it and ended up doing everything in that respect went fine, he came back and repaired, and installed the parts, diagnosed the furnace and everything is going fine.

The initial visit went quite well. Jonathan, the technician, was very helpful in explaining the problem and what my options were. Initially it looked like it was simply a failed capacitor, which he replaced, but when he checked the freon level, he found there was obviously a leak. I decided to just replace the system (which is 10 years old) rather than try to track down the freon leak. Jonathan removed the capacitor he had installed, set up an appointment for a sales guy to come out to give me a bid on a new unit, and only charged me for the service call. The sales visit was helpful, and I found Joe, the salesman, knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to make sure my questions were answered. After the first visit, I wanted to go with Besco, but in the end I had to go with another company - mainly because of trust. Initially, I was presented with three options, and only after I mentioned that I was getting other bids did I find out that there were in fact two other, less expensive, options. I really don't like being upsold. Give me the options, let me know what you believe is the best option for me, but please don't hide options in hopes of making a bigger sale. The other factor was price. Besco's low-end was about 20% above the install bid I went with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. When we found out we needed a new air conditioner, we went and shopped for another company. This was our first time using them. They were fine.

Our furnace was leaking water last week (hottest week this year) and I knew there had to be a problem with the catch basin or drain tubing. I decided to call a pro because we hadn't had our AC/Furnace looked at since we moved in our house 3 years ago. Vince was on time, courteous, and knowledgable. He confirmed the drain tubing need to be replaced. He told me he wanted to wait 30 minutes to make sure everything dried up and stopped leaking. During the that time he did a checkout on the unit outdoors including the free-on which he re-filled. He also found that the capacitor on our condensing unit was measuring out of spec. He didn't try to sell me on a part, but let me know it should be replaced before next summer. All around great to deal with. Highly recommend. I'll probably go ahead and have them come back to do a full workup on the furnace before winter.

I thought visually, they were quite awesome. I watched as he worked. He filled me in on what he was doing so I learned a few things. He is a good individual, a confident worker. I would recommend Besco for heating or A/C services.

Vince was prompt - showed up early within the 3 hr. window that was indicated. The location is a rental property and Vince called me to explain the situation as requested by me. He was concise and clear.

They were awesome. They are truly an inter-group company that works in this era. It is amazing to contact this company. They do actually what you call them in for and they will try to give you a whole package and try to give you bargain kit on stuffs that you don’t need and can afford. They truly went out of their way. It was really surprising. They probably could have sold a new air-conditioning unit which would have cost me $5000 but they didn’t do that and I was totally amazed and grateful.
