Very well, did what was listed and necessary for the safety of our household.

The technician was on time and friendly. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part with a replacement that he had on hand. Everything went smoothly and our a/c unit is working great now.

It went very well. The tech, Peter, was very polite and professional. he was able to find my problem and correctly diagnose it very quickly. The sales man, Joe Pedota, I talked to as a result was professional, courteous and punctual. The repair was going to be much more costly than I expected. I decided not to have the work done at that time.

Besco Air came out within a couple hours of my call to them. Glenn, from Besco, diagnosed and unclogged a pipe that was leaking water onto my floor. His quick diagnosis and professionalism was much appreciated. I have used Besco Air in the past when my condenser malfunctioned. Their team is always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs. Thanks

Was quoted a $6500 replacement by another vendor because unit wasn't starting properly. Based on this, I was eager to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. They came out, looked at the unit and did a thorough diagnosis and walked me through what they thought the problem was. After replacing a part, the issue was resolved. I still may have to have my unit replaced, but not at least this season. And, when I look to have it done, I'll call Besco for an opinion as I know they will walk me through the issues.

The service was great. They got our system repaired the same day we called (thank goodness, since it was 90 degrees outside and 85 inside). The service man called when he was about 20 minutes out, and was right on time. He found the problem pretty quickly and explained it to me and showed me before he did the repair. The system is up and running now.

I contacted Ed , who came right away and gave me estimate, also approximate time of installation. As soon as we were ready, he sent technician, who did a great job on installation of both furnace and air conditioner. Thank you.

Pete the service man made room for me late on a very hot Friday. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable - the complete professional. My unit was running again before the heat inside became unbearable. I would highly recommend BESCO Air to the neighborhood.

I have never had a better experience with any contractor period. I called Besco and said I'd just like to get an idea of what our 35 year old system would cost to replace. I spoke with Joe. I told him that I didn't want to waste his time by him coming out to the house, but he said that he often comes out to give people an idea of what it will cost, so when they are ready in a year or two they know what to expect. Joe was excellent. He's friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took his time to explain what units he thought would be good for our house and then gave me all the pros can cons. It just so happened that Trane was offering a 0% interest deal until 2020. That was too much to pass up. I didn't want to call Besco in Janurary when the furnace finally died, so my wife and I decided to go ahead and replace everything. Plus we got $500 total in rebates from our utilities for installing high efficiency equipment. (Joe filled out all the forms - all we had to do was deposit the checks when they arrived.) The installation was flawless. It was done in one day by two technicians, John (Murphy) and Cesar. Although I'm not a HVAC guy, I'm an engineer and know good work when I see it. Both of the guys were extremely professional and explained things as they went along. Any questions I had were answered. Also, Joe stopped by to make sure things were going well. I was extremely impressed. Also, Joe called a week or two later just so he could stop by and make sure everything was working correctly. O.K. There was a little problem. The thermostat consistently showed the inside temperature to be a about 4 degrees higher than it was. It didn't really bother me that much, but on a Saturday morning I decided to put in a call to Besco. The person I spoke to may have been the owner. I explained to him the problem, and he said not to worry. He told me that "You paid good money and we'll take care of it" - or something like that. He said that if the thermostat was defective, they would replace it - they had them in stock. He said he would let Joe know about the problem. About 15 minutes later I get a call from Joe. He said he'd be happy to come out and that it may just be a calibration problem. I found the calibration setting. Followed his advice and now the thing is perfectly accurate. I emailed him and let him know that all was well. Talk about customer service. These people really care about their customers. A call on a Saturday morning and everything is resolved is less than an hour? That amazed me. I cannot say enough good things about this company. 8-30-20-15 Our electric (in kWh used) dropped 47% from the first month the new AC was installed compared to the previous year. Pretty cool. I'm glad I spent the money on the super high efficiency stuff. Utility prices our just going to keep going up over the long haul....

We are extremely happy with the work and the professionalism with which they conducted themselves. We'll definitely be using them when we decide to install central air in the house and of course for the servicing of the new boiler!

It went very well. Diagnosed the problem quickly, scheduled to fix a couple days later and came back when they said they would to fix it. I had an issue about a week later with it not working, but that was because a breaker got tripped and i didnt realize, but they came out that day to check on it and let me know that. This company has excellent service from the front office to the technician and highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

Ed from of Besco air was great. They added AC to the upstairs of my 90+ year old home, which was previously cooled by window units, and expanded my existing downstairs AC system. They added a Unico AC system in the attic, vented directly into each upstairs room, and installed two new condenser units, and it all works great. Their bid was competitive, and most importantly, Ed was very detailed on his prep and design, and gave me the most confidence by far - and they delivered on time and on budget. Given the age of my house, it was not a simple job, but they made it look easy. The work was quality, and it all turned out better than I expected. I strongly recommend these guys - honest and thorough. The on-site installers, led by Wes, were courteous and careful with their work.

the technician showed up as scheduled yo service the air conditioning system. Checked some electrical connections and used our garden hose to clean out the unit. Only odd thing was that he didn't check the refrigerant level. He explained that it would not be good to keep checking the gas level. Speaking to other people at work, they had similar experiences. I guess that is the norm, but not sure though. Technician also inspected the furnace and said that our heat exchanger was cracked and needs to be replaced. So I will be getting an estimate to replace the furnace. Overall seems to be competent and would use them again.

They came out promptly to give us a quote. They were able to schedule the repair in a very timely manner and showed up as promised. The pricing was fair and we were satisfied with the workmanship.

Went well did not try to sell unneeded extra service. Adviced I need a furnace cleaning.

He could not have been nicer or more professional. He gave us tips on how to keep the furnace running most efficiently and said we wouldn't need a cleaning for another couple of years. I was really happy he didn't try to sell us on anything. It was a great experience and he didn't even mind that my super nosey dogs were in his face the entire time. :)

Service provider was prompt, called ahead of time, and diagnosed the problem quickly and told me what the cost would be to fix it before proceeding. The service visit covered only the first 15 minutes, which I thought was expensive, however, he did not charge me for the additional 30 minutes he was there, the only charge was for the parts. I even got some tips on preventative maintenance, both what I could do myself, and what required a professional. Very pleased with the service and will use again.

My A?C was not working properly so I called my regular HVAC people to fix it. This was on Friday 5/29. The earliest they could come out was the following Friday. Not good. I saw Angie's was offering a 50% off deal with Besco. I called and they said they could come out on Tuesday 6/2. The repairman actually showed up about a 1/2 hour early on a two hour window. (My company gives a morning or afternoon window). The Besco guy pinpointed the problem immediately, fixed it quickly, and was on his way. He didn't try to sell me a service contract, or any extras. I will definitely use them again.

Recommended replacing the whole thing, which I don't think is necessary. Felt I was just being upsold.
