Run! Run away from this company as fast as you can. The owner is nuts, and has already been banned from working in 3 school districts in Illinois. Because he won the bid contract, we are stuck with him until he finishes the job. IF he finishes the job. I have never, in my 18 years experience of hiring contractors, ever had to deal with the things this guy has thrown at us. He has argued every point of the contract, and when he doesn't get the answer that he wants, he goes through our phone directory calling everyone in our organization. His communications are childish and unprofessional. Never met anyone like this before. Its been a nightmare, and exhausting dealing with this company. And, oh yeah, he won't talk to you unless you are a man. It is beneath him to have to speak to women about business, and he can't wrap his head around that fact that a woman is the project manager.

THEY SEALED OFF THE BASEMENT WHERE THE PIPES WERE LOCATED, REMOVED THE ASBESTOS, FILTERED THE AIR, AND PROVIDED US WITH REPORTS SHOWING PROGRESS OF THE AIR FILTRATION. WE WERE GIVEN A FINAL REPORT THAT CERTIFIED THE AIR WAS SAFE.
