John was very professional and trustworthy while doing the work in our house. He was honest and always gave us choices in what was happening. Very transparent in the cost as well. He never seemed rushed and wanted a perfect end result. Would hire again.

It couldn't have gone better. He is a consummate professional. He is honest, hard working, fairly priced, and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the repair process he even did extra things we needed around the house - painted our undamaged closets, hung light fixtures, fixed an exterior door, fixed an outside water leaking issue, and even showed me how to install a new kitchen sink, and how to work on even more electrical on my own. The flooring, walls, ceilings, trim, painting -- everything was immaculate. He never complained, did everything with a smile, and even made sure our dogs were taken care of while he was working (and we were away at work), which made my wife very happy. At this point I would sincerely call him a friend, and one who will show up even at a moment's notice to take a look at what problem I might be having around the house.

Wonderful! John is a really hard worker and doesn't take any shortcuts. He has stayed late to help us finish work that needed to be done on a deadline, he does beautiful work at an affordable price. It's wonderful having a trustworthy handyman who is so talented.

They were very unresponsive so I ended up looking at another provider.

I called them schedule and told him that I purchased the offer and stopped me mid sentence and said he couldn't do the work, for no reason at all.

The job took longer than anticipated but they stuck to their original deal and there were no overages.

It went very well. I was contacted right away and my work was scheduled in two days. John was here at his scheduled time, and even though some additional electric issues came up, he worked thru it and and was very personable. It took a little longer than expected and he even had to run to Menards to pick up additional pieces. I was very happy with the work done and with John, I would hire him again.

I was very happy with the work, and I appreciated that he explained to me some of the problems with the way my window treatments were originally hung. He was also very polite and professional. I would highly recommend him to others.

First of all he was at least 45 minutes late. He didn't really seem to know how to hang pictures and didn't have good advice about it. Of course hung them to high then rehung them but didn't fix the holes or marks on the walls. He hung shelves way too high-almost worthless where they are. Was supposed to fix bathroom shower door and said he couldn't when he was leaving. Said he could hang glass shelves but then said he would have to come back another day. It was a waste of $500

He was excellent with communication and timeliness. Very responsive, high quality work, good building practices. He is so good I have referred him to two of my neighbors. He also did some work over a weekend that helped me transition a tenant unit. He helped me meet my deadlines and was willing to do more work to meet my schedule. Extremely reliable. He is respectful of the tenants.

We just purchased a new fan and thought it would be simple to self install. Realized once we got down to the electrical wiring we would need someone who knew what they were doing. Searched Angie's List and John was able to come in same day! John came in with his tools and knew exactly what to do. The fan works great!

John did a great job with multiple tasks, including a custom cabinet repair.

John was a perfectionist and I was pleased with his work. His advice was spot on since he suggested I match the TV rack with the brand and model of TV. He was reasonably priced as well.

The project turned out to be much more in depth than we initially realized due to some unnecessary and obstructive framing on the backside of the piece. John was able to rise to the occasion and determine some key adjustments to get the piece mounted correctly. He was professional and respectful, I would definitely use John again on future projects.

Our condo association paid an extremely unreasonable amount of money for a Winston Outdoor Patio set. Needles to say when one of the slings became damaged throwing out a 1500.00 piece was not an option. John came, took a look and had never made a repair like this before. an hour and 20 minutes later he had figured it out, repaired it and cleaned up. He was GREAT, I'm telling you this was NOT an easy repair. It was extremely difficult. He was professional, reasonably priced and VERY polite! He arrived on time and was great. I will be hiring him again and again.

This is the third or fourth time I've hired John for handyman-related projects (repairs, painting, minor electrical, etc.). John and his associates provide excellent attention to detail, very high quality work, and are reasonably priced. He is very honest and conscientious about the work performed. He is also very punctual. I will hire him again.

Used him several times previously. Always courteous, works quickly and cleanly and provides accurate estimates. I will always use this company and have never been disappointed.

John had the best attitude I have ever encountered in having work done. He was a perfectionist, cared about the quality of his work, he was more than patient with my many requests and he was reasonably priced.

When I noticed water damage to my bathroom ceiling and wall, John came right away (on the weekend) to confirm the source of the leak (upstairs neighbor) and advised me on how to address the problem to stop further damage. His associate repaired the sagging plaster and re-painted the bathroom. John and his associate were both prompt and professional. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and there was absolutely no cleanup required by me.

His work was excellent and he was very neat and professional. You can tell that he knows what he is doing! The pictures were hung exactly where and how I wanted them done and he left no white dust that can often be left after drilling holes in cement walls. The job on the bath tub was done beautifully and makes the whole area look brand new. He had to remove the shower doors to complete the job, and installed them back perfectly (even better and tighter than they were before). Having used the tub and shower, I founf there is no more leaking water! I would highly recommend John for any work needed. He was honest, fair and very trustworthy!

John was friendly, professional, and efficient. He assembled and installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom for a reasonable price. He even took the time to explain how the fan worked (switch changed the airflow direction, pull cord changed speeds). I would definitely recommend him.

John was wonderful. He arrived on time and did a superb job with all the tasks. He even did some work that was not planned - for free. He arrived punctually at 9am and worked to the early afternoon. He was polite and pleasant. John is really the best handyman I have ever seen!

His prices were reasonable and he did a very nice job cleaning up the work area. We would definitely use John for future handyman projects.
