BACK TO BED

I went here to look at beds as I was interested in the Simmons brand. This is third out of third store in 2 days. I will write separately on all of them. The sales representative was excessively pushy and rude. When we went in I told him I was just looking. I asked him about their comfort guarantee. He said there was no such thing. I explained that all other stores I have been to have them. He then said what do you think they do to the beds when they are returned and expected me to answer. He then told me they clean them and resell them to you. Of course that didn't answer my question. Then he asked if he had offended me. I told him I was just looking for an answer to my question. I can't remember what he said but he was very snotty about it and rude. He walked away. After stopping at 3 of these stores they have all been pushy and rude. This tells me a lot about the company itself. Unfortunately as they have a great store, but I would rather buy elsewhere.
