They're fabulous. We've used them several times. They do a great job. We're very pleased with them. The price was pretty competitive. The quality is really good. If you have a problem with anything, you call them and they respond right away. We definitely would use them again. They're the only ones we would use.

I would not recommend them. It did not worked out so well. They did not do what they claimed they were going to do. They did not do half of what they were supposed to do. I will never use them again. All they did was put coating over it and that was not what I paid them to do. I emailed the owner and they guy that came out gave explanation but they never resolved the problem. They knew what the problem was but they did not resolve the problem. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. They came out promptly and did the work when they said they were. They're very professional. They knew what they were doing. They told us how we're gonna protect the other parts of the house.

They are they number one roofing company. They were here for three days and you could not tell that they were here because they cleaned up everything.

It was fine. They did a good job. I used them once and I would use the again. They did clean work.

It took a while for them to come out and do the work, but everything went well aside from that. The crew showed on time, did a good job with the repairs, and didn't leave behind any debris. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I would recommend them to others.

Before that I had a major re-roofing from Avondale Roofing 6 or 7 years ago and I was out of warranty by about a year and they still came out and gave me personalized service and still checked everything to the nth degree. They soaked my roof and everything to see if there was problems with what they did and they were not obligated to do that under their warranty, it was out of warranty by about a year and they did it anyway which I thought was really good; amazing. The name of the person who works for them who was very helpful was Chris Scwartz. He cared about their work and he came out personally and checked it out even though they were not obligated under their terms.

i was able to get all the answers i needed and plan to do work with them soon.

Avondale was helpful to understand my roofing options, and provided some samples to place on my roof. They seemed professional and I think they would have done a good job. I ultimately chose a different company with the same products for a slightly lower cost.

They used top quality materials, and it has a life-time warranty. The work was fenominal, and flawlessly done. It was worth every dime. they put solar run fans in the attic space. The air bill is half as expensive as it used to be. They were expensive, but it was worth it. My roof looks better than all of my neighbors. I didn't even get any other estimates, because they came in and told us everything we needed to know. It was incredible.

Great, I called for and scheduled an estimate, they had to re-schedule for a future date but called ahead, which was fine. I met Tom he explained all my options to repair a flat roof in the back of a rental house i own. I then realized it made sense to have him quote me the entire roof which was in really bad shape. the combine quote was $8000.00. I had gotten other quotes for the same house in the past for 10 to 12 thousand but never wanted to spend the money on the rental, so i knew it was a fair price. I called them with a credit card number and they came out two days later and completed the work in one day. VERY clean, no nails left behind.

Chris from Avondale came out and gave our home a very thorough inspection. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the issues we had and how best to solve them. He specialized in roofing so he said another representative with Avondale would be out to provide an estimate for tuckpointing. After receiving the estimate, Chris followed up by phone and email. We went with only part of the quoted work due to financial constraints. Avondale repaired some minor roof issues, replaced some missing shingles, and took down a satellite dish that was no longer in use on our garage roof. We did not have to be home for the work to be done, and paid over the phone by credit card. When we arrived home, the work had been done, and everything was neat and tidy. I would definitely work with this vendor again!

My experience with them was good. They seemed to know what they're talking about and they worked out fine. They were reasonable.

I choose Avondale because they used all GAF products so there should be no finger pointing if problems arise in the future. Sales went well. Installation crew for the roofing appeared on time and work quickly. Details count and was disappointed in the details. All the hips, underlayment was cut and left wood exposed. This was covered shingle caps so if I had not seen it, it would have been covered up. The crew said it was normal. I think it was poor workman ship. Underlayment should have gone over the hip to provide second layer of protection. Also water and ice protection was not done to the corners of the roof. I had to call Avondale back to apply ice and water protection in the last 12 inches of 2 corners. Good products, but workmanship was lacking. It would have been worse if I was not watching and taking photos. Avondale came back a week later to install new gutters, allowing me time to paint the facias. Gutter installation was good. I choose Avondale for the gutter because they installed gutter brackets 18 inches apart instead of 24 inches apart by other companies. I found a missing screw in one bracket and this was fixed. Backets on some of the downspouts were just spare metal cutoffs and looked sloppy. Bracket was wrapped around the front at about 45 degree angle. I had to replace some downspout brackets myself to tidy it up. For me it is the details that count. Avondale does good work but you have to watch them. That should not be necessary.

Provided a proposal. Started services on time. Completed work on time. Cleaned up premises.

I was looking to buy a home and actually didn't buy it because of some the problems that were related to all of the estimates, so that's why I didn't move forward with that estimate or buy the house.

I spoke to Jaye who was very nice. They came out that week but I was not home and received an estimate via e-mail the following week. I had 3 other quotes all about 1/3 of Avondale's estimate. I called the estimator who did the quote and explained why they were higher. I then called the other 2 GAF roofers (the other roofer used Owens Corning) and their quotes used the same materials. I will say the other 2 roofers were not Elite certified. I decided to go with the roofer who took some time to walk me through the insurance claims process and I felt comfortable with since he took so much time to help me out.

I have used Avondale previously for repairing the flat roofs on my family room and my garage. I called to find out about cost for replacing the gutters on my house, which were terribly rusted and probably over 20 years old. They provided me with an estimate, which I felt was quite reasonable, and I accepted. They even came to my office with samples of the colors available, so I could chose and not have to take time off from work to meet them at the house. They also took care of the work without me needing to be home. The gutters look wonderful and I've had no problems with them. One winter, a couple of years ago, I called them because I thought the gutter was dripping instead of draining, and they sent someone out right away (and it was freezing outside!). The gentleman climbed up to look at the gutter, showed me it was from full from leaf debris, cleaned out the stuff that was cloging the downpipe, and didn't even charge me for the call. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are always pleasant to work with, responsive to my calls, and the quality of their work is wonderful. I recommend them to everyone who needs roofing work done.

He was very detailed and professional and did not push any extra products or services. He broke everything out for me on the estimate so there were no hidden costs. The crew did a good job finishing in one day and did a great job in their clean-up, they left no mess behind. I think ultimately it was Chris and the confidence I had in him as to why I chose Avondale, and also of course the price was right. I would recommend Avondale to anyone looking for a roof.

Avondale's quote was comparable to others. I accepted the quote as I had used this company to replace the roof on an older portion of the building and I was satisfied with their work. The roof was installed but one of the installers inadvertently damaged some of the trim on the front of the house. Avondale indicated they would replace the damaged trim but it did not match the rest of the trim. I ended up having to buy new trim and paying them extra to install it so that the trim on the front of my house would match. After the roof installation three skylights began to leak whenever it rained. Avondale came out to inspect the damage and indicated that the water damage was not due to leaking skylights but to moisture in the bathroom. Every time it rained the ceiling and walls suffered more damage. Avondale was contacted several times and each time indicated they could find no leak. Finally after suffering much water damage, I contacted a skylight company and they made the repairs. They indicated that the wrong type of water barrier was used around the skylights and that the flashing was reused instead of replaced. When reusing the flashing Avondale used too many nails and failed to seal unused nail holes. Avondale refused to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs so arbitartion through the Better Business Bureau was used. Avondale finally agreed to pay for the repairs to the roof and replacement of the flashing but not for the repairs to the damage to the drywall. Although Avondale required payment in full upon completion of the roof installation, the owner, Jaye Schwartz indicated that due to the economy, she would reimburse me $100 per month over the next 11 months. Ms. Schwartz also indicated that the warranty on the roof was "Null and Void on the dormer roof, as you had other contractors on the roof doing work."

We had a few shingles that had to replaced or fixed (nails were jutting out). Avondale's estimator, Matt, was punctual, polite and courteous. The work was done efficiently with the company calling me to inform me when the work had to be rescheduled by a day and to tell me when the workers had arrived. We plan to use them again.

They are a good company. They are professional and cleaned up after themselves. Leo is a good manager.

They did a great job. They said they would come back for any issues. I would defiantly use them again.

The whole experience was excellent. Thorough estimate with photos of problem areas and complete explanation of how it was to be fixed. Final price was exactly as expected, no surprises! Would highly recommend Avondale to friends and family.
