Description of Work: They did initially have a difficult time scheduling us. But then I believe that they sent a sub-contractor crew in order to get the job done as scheduled. The crew did a good job but they ran out of shingles and had to get shingles in a color that was close but not a match. In their defense this was a temporary fix in order to buy another year before the expense of replacing the entire roof. I don't think they estimated enough replacement shingles at the outset.

Description of Work: They repaired a part of the soffit,put aluminum door frames on the sides of the garage and painted our single membrane roof.They were delayed by the weather but were very responsive to our needs and did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: The work was performed smoothly and rapidly. Chris Swartz, the son of the owner, supervised the job and was on the roof most of the day. He is very professional and suggested many low or no cost improvements that none of other roofers we contacted had mentioned. I would have given them an "A" rating for punctuality except the flashing on the chimney was not painted until a month after the roof was done. We've now had rain, autumn leaf fall and a very snowy winter; everything has worked out exactly as Chris said it would. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. They are honest, skillful, knowledgeable, professionals.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 lead boots on the roof. Installed new ice and water shield. Put tar seal around the boots. Sealed flashing on back of chimney were it was worn away. Re-caulked rest of flashing. Tuck-pointed the back side of the chimney and sides and front as needed. |They came on time and did a good job and answered questions and explained what they did. Pleasant to deal with. Would definitely hire them again.
