Our aim is to relieve condo boards and apartment building owners of day-to-day management responsibilities. So far he has been very responsive and accommodating in taking over a property in a little bit of a jumble. He has worked out some of the kinks that he inherited from the previous management. I would definitely rate the price an "A".
Description of Work: Avocet Properties Group was just hired by our Condo Association. He pays all of the bills and spear heads any projects we have for example fixing a fence, getting bags of salt, etc.
