Matthew Accetturo was the technician who came to my home to process my request. He called prior to my appointment to confirm the project was still in place, and arrived in a timely manner. I explained that I was restoring the house and wanted to keep as much of the original components as possible with regards to the lock, and that I didn't have a key to the front door. He examined the lock, explained to me in "layman's" terms what he could do to accommodate my request and promptly set to work doing it. He also rekeyed the back door so that I could use 1 key for both the front and back doors. His work was neat and efficient. Considering the cold weather, he also did his best not to allow any more cold air into the house than was necessary and was careful not to leave a mess.
