Shirley and Angela are absolutely tops in this field. The lack of education in condo law and management in Chicago is appalling, and these ladies provide all the tools an association needs to manage itself. They have truly discovered a niche in the market and their services are invaluable to the self-managed association.
Description of Work: Trained our board of directors in proper procedure, condo law, etc. Advised with regard to self-management, budgeting, maintenance, etc.
