Description of Work: Paid them A LOT to replace shut off valves and here we are 3 years later (the valves have never been touched since) and it's leaking. Also broke my toilet tank while doing the work and didn't tell me. Also couldn't unclogged my bathtub drain on another visit. Absolute highest prices and lowest quality of work.

Description of Work: Short: They blew me off and I ended up having a new problem after they finally showed up. | |Long: I called Ashland Plumbing to help me with my kitchen sink. I needed a new garbage disposal and the sink to be rodded out as it was not draining. I tried to call the highly rated Larsen & Sons first, by they are too busy to take on new work as of this date. | |Ashland Plumbing scheduled someone to come out the week after the call from 8am -12pm. Two days before they were to come out, I got all call saying they needed to change it to 11am-3pm. I told them I had an appointment at 2pm and I would not be able to accomodate that but their office lady told me it was not a worry, they'd be there much earlier. | |The Thursday they were to be there, I heard nothing so I called them at 1:30pm to let them know I wouldn't be home for the last 90 minutes of the time frame they gave me because of the appointment. The office seemed very confused about where their people are. Finally, the office asked if they could schedule the plumber for the next day and after numerous assurances they'd be here between 8 - 9 am the next day, I said okay. | |The next day, at 9:45am, the plumber arrived. He didn't have everything he needed with him because he said he didn't read the notes from the office and didn't know he needed his rod to rod out the sink. He went back to his truck around five times, I don't know why the extra four times and went I went to look to see if he was working or sleeping, his hood was up and rather than speak to me, was unresponsive, not allowing me to see if he was working and if so, what on. I couldn't hear or see too much work being done. | |I just wanted him to leave and asked him when he would be done and he started asking me when I had to leave. On the phone, their office told me they charge $158 for the first half hour and then hourly thereafter. | |He was done at 11:30am and he let me know I had a new problem I hadn't previously seen. He said I needed a new faucet, the hose in mine was leaking and showed me where it was leaking - it the exact spot where he had been working. | |This was odd to me because I had pulled everything out from under my kitchen sink before his arrival, and had stored some paper towels where the "leak" was hitting but the paper towels had not shown any signs of water getting on them before the appointment.Also, there is no evidence of water leaking on the cabinet where it would be dripping so much. | |I just wanted him out of my home and to never deal with Ashland Plumbing again. | |This also was the first time I used Angie's List and will be interested to see if my completely true and horrible experience gets and remains posted on their site. Then, I will know if the absence of many reviews if due to Ashland Plumbing and Angie's List removing them and the value of this site as well. I was counting on this site to avoid the very experience I had. | |I would never use Ashland Plumbing again, or recommend them to anybody.

Description of Work: I HAD ASHLAND PLUMBING OUT ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. ONCE TO INSTALL AN OUTDOOR WATER SPIGOT, ONCE TO REPAIR AN EJECTOR PUMP, AND FINALLY TO REPLACE THE EJECTOR PUMP.
