The attention to detail, complete customer satisfaction and the quality of the work are my primary goals.
If I am not happy with my work I'm not expecting the customer to be happy with it.
I supervise the work always making sure that the all the stages are followed according to the customer needs.
The estimate it's free (this is how I consider it should be) and the prices are more than competitive - there should be a balance between the quality of work and the price payed.
Sorin and his father-in-law(sorry I forget his name) were a pleasure to work with. We did LR/DR combo, kitchen, upstairs hallway and numerous stairs. He also custom made a spot in the foyer that looks amazing. The floors look great. When they were finished my wife and I were very pleased. We had a problem upstairs that they corrected immediately. They did come at all different times but they did stay late to compensate. We didn't care what time they showed up which is probably why they did it. They cleaned up after themselves inside and outside were they did most of the cutting. Sorin and his father-in-law were also some of the nicest people I have ever met and they really went out of their way to make us happy. If needed I will use them again.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood floors, stairs, risers and baseboards throughout the house.

The guys did a decent job on most of the stuff. It would have been nice if they were a little more thoughtful or careful though. I wasn't living there at the time and they left the lights on usually and also the door to the garage. I had the A/C on. They forgot to close a window and also a sliding door to a second floor bedroom on separate occasions. Luckily I stopped by and closed the door because it rained later that day which would have ruined the floor. They also plugged up the toilet and I didn't know it until I used it. Sorin is not very reliable, you never know when he's going to show up. He'll say he's coming out but then doesn't and he won't bother calling to let you know either. He could never tell me for sure when he'd be out, always some excuse. This happened on many occasions until the job was done. I was going to have him do the baseboard trim too, but he was doing such a bad job when I saw it, I ended up doing it myself. Months later I noticed some issues with the floor, nothing too major. A couple boards were moving up and down as they were walked on, so you could feel an step between the adjacent board, and there were large brush hairs in the finish in a couple of spots. I also thought they could have not left such a big gap between the riser on the stairs and the floor. I didn't see them before because I had paper and card board down for protection while I was working on the rest of the house. I wanted to have Sorin come out and take a look. Initially he took my calls and told me he'd get back to me, but then he stopped answering and pretty much blew me off.
