I had Erin out about three or four times to my house the first time I employed her services. This will be the second time having her get my act together. I don’t have the ability to organize and she knows exactly what she’s doing. I also loved that my useful items were donated and my better clothing items were consigned.

I paid upfront with a big deal and expected to have the work done when the deal expired on May 31. The contact person said my deal was going to be expiring at the beginning of May, forcing me to choose dates that didn't work well. When I had to reschedule twice, I received a lot of attitude and so I decided to let her keep the money without performing the work since she was not willing to find another day that worked for both of us. She was not friendly or professional in my opinion and I would not recommend her. She should have refunded my money.

I am going to use her again. She is quick, amazingly quick. Amazing. She is good, she knows what she is doing.

She is fantastic, she is so reasonable. Everyone else charges seventy five dollars an hour, and she charges fifty dollars an hour. She is a wiz, fantastic. She organizes so quickly, and then she labels everything, and I couldn't speak more highly of her. She came, and had her two hours, and had her to come back another two hours, to help finished the job, we were cleaning my basement. I brought her back another two hours. I will definitely will be bringing her back. Maybe next month. Put on there she is fifty dollars an hour, most are seventy five. She is so quick. Its unbelievable. She is quick, and knows how to organize.

She was wonderful. I did not have to pay any additional fees on top of the Big Deal I purchased. No problems. She was very efficient.

It went good. We had some scheduling conflicts but they worked out. Erin organized our garage and even took away items to donate (which was the best!) If you can't be with her during the organizing she provides a questionnaire to complete to help her organize without you. Next time I'll complete the questionnaire.

Excellent service from a top professional. Erin helped me get 2 very large closets organized and helped me rethink how I keep my clothing. She will be returning to continue to assist me for other projects. I highly recommend her.

It went great. We spent 5.25 hours completing all of the tasks. She's incredibly focused and really knows what she's doing. Now I can find everything in the pantry. I'll never just shove stuff in there again and won't be buying more than each pull out shelf drawer can hold comfortably. The family room/office is now totally overhauled with everything visible, not stacked or piled with junk. We threw out 4 huge 13 gallon bags of unwanted/unneeded "I can't live without that" stuff LOL. She explained that everyone has their own idea of what treasure is and her expertise showed me that mine was a bit skewed. She pulled everything out of the linen closet and labeled 10 clear bins so I could find everything as needed, from makeup to drugs, hair products, lotions, etc. and left enough room up top for sheets and towels. We ended up with 4 huge 13 gallon bags of toiletries to donate to my local food pantry, which solicits those items like lotions, shampoos, etc. She isn't judgmental, is very patient, left me with more organizing ideas and tips than our first visit a couple of weeks ago. I never thought I would pay someone to organize my home but very glad I did. If you're organizationally challenged or just have a need for streamlining and don't know where to start, like me, I highly recommend her services. I would refer her highly and, should the need arise (though I hope I've learned my lesson ;) would use her again in a heartbeat.

She and I worked together to clear everything for either recycling, donation or trashing and got the entire job done in just under six hours. She carried every single bag and box downstairs into the garage for disposal. I was very impressed with her skills and we're going for another session in two weeks to tackle part of a family room/office closet, all of a linen closet and the kitchen pantry. We'll be spending five hours together to get it all done and I have every confidence, after a discussion with her, that will happen. She'll be bringing tote containers to organize the linen closet, along with a label maker, so my life will be so much easier. Very glad we met. Thank you Angie's List for the referral.

Great. I would've never thought of moving some things around like she did. Everything looks so organized and I feel so good everytime I open the closets and armoires. I'm very pleased.

Erin was on time and came prepared. I had clothes stacked on shelving outside the closet since the closet was stuffed. We pruned back al the clothes and she hung and refolded everything going back in. We didn't finish the shoes and miscellaneous stuff in the closet and she will be coming back for round 2. I was surprised we did all the clothes in the allotted time. The closet is still far from perfect but the next round should make it functional. She did say I had far more than the closet could hold which is probably right. Round 2 will be soon and I plan on using her for other rooms as well.

It went well, it helped my wife organize things at home by providing some pointers and ideas.

Erin was prompt, efficient, creative and VERY helpful. Not only did she help me organize and declutter but she gave me ideas on how to organize other parts of my home. She also helped organize my kitchen to meet my daily needs. I continue to go down to the basement to admire how organized it is and I can't wait to have her back for future projects!

Everything went well and we got a lot accomplished. She was very efficient. She showed up on time and we went through all kinds of stuff. She was great in every way and the scheduling was fine.

Moving is always stressful. I hired Erin to help me organize my home after I moved in. Scheduling was easy. She was very friendly and efficient. I expected to be a complicated and long ordeal, but the entire service lasted approximately 3.5 hours. Couldn't be happier with the results. Will recommend.

Erin showed up exactly on time. She walked into a difficult situation: a family of two with a tosser and a hoarder. She helped greatly declutter several rooms across four stories. She took a lot of materials with her for electronic recycling as well as for donations. She also made sure to mail receipts for tax purposes. I highly recommend her services.

In 2-3 hours we sorted a bunch of documents. I was very pleased. She was very helpful. There were no additional fees associated with the deal. I am very grateful for her service.

Erin made the entire experience easy - from scheduling to the work performed. She arrived promptly and got straight to work. She was willing to clean and organize the areas that were important to me, but also provided some guidance when I didn't know what to tackle next. She organized my main living area storage - including labels and explaining where things belonged to all 3 family members. She also made a good start on the storage in the entry hallway (including coats, shoes, boots, mittens, etc.) and my son's bedroom (with lots of books. toys, costumes, etc.). Her energy seemed endless! The session ended because our family was too tired to continue. She was very positive and helpful. Everyone in the family is excited about our new, more organized space. I plan to have her back soon to work on other problem areas!

Worked the entire 6 hours...we accomplished our goal. Erin understands peoples life styles and knows what to keep and what to dispose of. I would recommend to all that Erin is a professional who gives us who have a busy life style the necessary push to de-clutter.

Erin was understanding and made it a very comforting experience for my dad.
