We hired Mike Osan on August 24th. He came out the following week and removed the old flooring on the 1st floor. He packed everything in manageable bundles for removal. He cleaned everything, to leave ready for the following week to install new laminated flooring. He started work as promised at 9 am and would finish by 5 pm. He was meticulous in his work. He would clean after his day, leaving the area clean. The work is done promptly. We were extremely pleased with his work ethic. We have a project for the stairs next year. We already made it known to him, that the project is his. We are very pleased to have hired this young man.

Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. He provides solutions and suggestions that goes with the overall theme of the house. He helped with laminate flooring, hardwood stairs and installing new baseboard/shoe for the entire floor. Completed the work on time and budget and most importantly to our satisfaction. Arkadia Floorings (Mike Osan Mircea) has done a wonderful job of installing lvp in our basement. He is extremely meticulous , worked at a steady pace and completed the job with utmost care. He pulled out the carpets and cleanly packed them for easy disposal. Then he made the basement floor look really new without any costs overrun. The thresholds, shoe base installs, etc were done to tidy up further. For stairs going down to the basement , he pulled the rug out and there were hardwood stairs already. He resurfaced and stained with a color that matched the lvp. This actually reduced our costs . Towards the end of our job , he took extra time to clean up, vacuum and really leave the home slick n span. He also took care of a few extras - like cleaning up /buffing up some parts of existing wood floors elsewhere in the house, all for no extra cost.

Mike was responsive, friendly, and offered great suggestions for making my new flooring and work wood wall base look less awkward when meeting adjacent area where I kept original flooring. His pricing was very fair and Iâ m so happy to have the work completed!

Mike was outstanding. I cannot express how good he is. Attention to details, on time each day, goes above and beyond. With no help from me he moved all then furniture, placed old carpet underneath so as not to scratch new floors, placed every piece of his equipment on top of some sort of protector. He tied up the old carpet easy for trash pickup, He didn't make one mistake, floors look and feel amazing. He went to the store each morning before 8 to get trim or transition pieces that I failed to get when I bought the flooring, he even picked up the flooring after I picked it out. He is trustworthy good man that does great professional work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mike Osan at Arkadia hardwood flooring. Mike specializes in hardwood, laminates and vinyl. He will also being doing my stairs in real wood next.

Mike did a wonderful job laying the laminate floor I purchased. He picked up my order, completed the Installation, worked with some very wonky measurements and closets, installed quarter rounds, and was prompt, personal and professional the entire experience. I would definitely recommend him!
