I own a couple of rental properties and always have the carpets cleaned in between every tenant. I've been using Arevalo Chem Dry for many years and couldn't be happier. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and stand behind their work. Of course they do a great job cleaning the carpets. I had previously used some other well known companies and wasn't as pleased. Thank you.

Arevalo Brothers came and cleaned my carpets this morning. They were friendly and professional, quick yet thorough. My carpets look like new! By far the best carpet cleaners I have used, they will be the only ones I call in the future. Highly recommended.

I've used Arevalo Bros Chem Dry services for three years to address the damage done to carpets & furniture by my three pets (two cats & a dog). They're great! Very easy to schedule a visit, ontime arrival with advance notification that they're on the way and, of course: problem[s] solved! I'll always call them first for my chronic (and acute!) pet "soil" issues, and I'm confident that they'll be there "on the spot"!

Ignacio just completed our finished basement. It's a good as it gets! Looks great! Smells even better. This is the first time our carpet has been cleaned in this new house (well, new to us) and it looks brand new! Ignacio and his partner are courteous. Call prior to arriving. They take the time to move furniture if need be and do a most thorough job. We've used Chem-Dry in several homes around the country & I will say, no residue, no stiff carpet, nothing except fluffy, clean carpets. Even my parents still use Stanley Steamer after decades, and they still complain. Old habits are hard to break, but when you do with Chem-Dry, you'll be glad you did.

I have used Arevalo Bros to clean my carpets twice since I moved in to my place a year ago (the prior owners had a dog and the smell was strong when I moved in). Last night, I spilled an entire glass of red wine on my new light-colored sofa. I requested an estimate for upholstery cleaning using their on-line form and they called me a 9am and sent out a tech this afternoon. As usual, the "tech" was one of the owners. I had already tried to treat the stain myself with a chemical cleaner I have at home so the owner was concerned about the effect of using his chemicals. He didn't want to charge me if the treatment wasn't going to work and he didn't want to make it worse. So he tested 2 different cleaners on less-conspicuous spots and said to let them dry and to call them back with the results and then he will come back to treat the stain as appropriate. No charge for this initial visit. And he came out on New Year's Eve. This company is so responsive and courteous. Highly recommended.

I could not have been more pleased with the job they did. When I called for information the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. I wanted non toxic and quot;greenand quot; products and was a little reluctant because the system they use is called Chem Dry. She explained (as did the Chem Dry website) that chem meant chemistry, not chemicals. The process they use dries much faster than steam cleaning and my white sofa had been steam cleaned many times throughout the years often taking several days to dry. The sofa has never been as clean as it is since the Arevalo Bros. cleaned it. It's 30 years old and looks brand new. The men arrived exactly on time, measured everything and told me what it would cost. I found the price reasonable and told them to begin. The carpeting is wall to wall and had several dog stains, all but one came out. The one that didn't I can take credit for because of what I used on it prior to having Arevalo Bros. in, The 2 men were very pleasant, very mindful of my wood floors and the house in general. They were professional in every way and I am very glad that in the end I chose this type of cleaning and especially this company to do it.
