The rep "Micheal" came out to measure, pointed out an issue which had to be rectified . He told me to call and make another appointment which I did. The appointment was for an afternoon at 1:00 pm . At 1:20 I called the office and was told he was another site and would not be available for another hour. If I hadn't called would someone have called me? Anyway, I was given another appointment later that afternoon at 4:00. He called around 4:30 and said he couldn't make it so we set it up for the following morning. I wanted first thing, which for him was between 9-10. I again rearranged my schedule and agreed to be available. The next morning I waited until 10:15 before calling the office. I was floored when he himself answered the phone! He seemed oblivious to the time, was put out that I wanted to cancel (had to go to work!) and clueless as to why I would be upset. Have never experienced such disregard for my time.

I provided them with a perfect template. The glass was off, but since it was minor I did not complain and I needed it that evening, as they were a week late in getting it to me. They refused to wave the delivery fee even though they had kept me waiting. I also requested cork spacers, that I was told are no longer made, which is untrue. They told me they would provide me with plastic ones. The delivery men came without them and told me they were not needed, as a result the glass slipped against each other and chipped badly. I called the manager who took a month to return my call, and I accepted partial blame but asked him if since I was a regular customer that he would come and look and make me an offer. He arrived an hour early and was surly and rude. He explained that it was my fault and asked why I waited so long to call him. He basically called me a liar when I informed him of my 2 phone calls to his business. He called me 2 days later with a very steep quote. He offered only 10% off and offered to wave a delivery fee. I asked him if he couldn't do any better, as I have spent several thousand with him. He said no, that he was doing me a big favor. It has not been the first time this business has been rude, but as they are so close I have used them repeatedly. This will be the last. The prices are competitively high and I am fed up. Remembering too that the glass they are removing is large and salvageable.

I really liked that they work with your insurance company and that they will come to you to do the work. I only had to pay a $100 deductible to have this done. They were even able to get my stickers off my window and they reapplied them to the new one.

HE WAS EXPERIENCED WITH OLDER HOMES. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WOULD DO THE WORK ON SITE. HE DID THE WORK WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

I CALLED THEM FOR A QUOTE AFTER MY NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED THEM. I MENTIONED THE NEIGHBOR'S NAME SINCE THEY'VE DONE WORK WITH THEM TWICE. THAT SEEMED TO HAVE NO IMPACT. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR A QUOTE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED AND I'VE WAITED OVER A WEEK.

GAVE A THREE HOUR TIME FRAME (9 TO NOON), ARRIVED RIGHT AFTER 9. QUOTED PRICE ON PHONE ACCURATELY. WORKED QUICKLY, CLEANED COMPLETELY, EXPLAINED EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, ANSWERED MY HUSBAND''S QUESTIONS WITH A SMILE.
